Finally, a dealer that takes care of their customers. I have always had bad luck with dealers so I guess it was my time to find a good one! My Sales guy was very courteous and professional, he knew alot of the answers to the questions I had and if he didnt, he admitted it and said he would find out the answer for me. The sales manager was really nice and was straight forward with me which was a change. I will be buying cars from them for a long time.

Automax impressed me and believe me, I did my research, having looked at 5 other dealerships, unsure of the car I wanted to purchase. My salesman Mario was professional, honest, and straightforward. He knew what I was looking for and checked in every now and then but did not hassle me. When he called me a couple months later to let me know he found the car that met all my specifications, I was thrilled! I went in the next day and got my BMW and I love it!! Great dealer! Shawns knowledge of cars is amazing. Mario was very helpful in selecting my car. They asked me a few question and then walked me to the car of my dream. A 2009 Burgundy. tan and black and black Jeep Wrangler at the exact payment that I could afford. Overall it was a very easy process and I feel good going back to them, for my second car.
