You are pressured into buying a car, and if you dont want the car they get rude. And once she became rude, I thought it was a joke and the sales rep Ora looked at me and said im not playing. I just need to look over my breakdown of what I was being charged? Also she just came in like pay this right now and its yours, there were no other cost information. So I begun to ask questions like whats my APR? What bank do you guys go threw? Ora had no answer to no of these questions which made me wonder. So I went home and spoke it over and now I have the money for my down payment but because of her attitude I dont want to go back!

I always receive a warm, professional greeting and help from the sales rep., to the mechanics, and Financial Department. I would continue to shop and referral families, friends to purchase from them.
"Completely Disrespected"
On 06-21-15 I stopped by the store to see if we could put a deal together. While knowing that I had damaged credit already. Thus making it even harder to I approach someone while needing credit to complete the deal. I had walked around the lot for about 20 minutes before anyone came out to see me. Upon meeting the store rep I said, "lets go inside and lets see if we could put a deal together" before test driving any cars. Note, the dealership staff and I were the only ones their at the time. We discuss the terms of the purchase and completed the credit application. The rep then went back to the credit department to run my credit and see if it was ago. Then at the top of his voice all I heard was someone attempting to laugh out loud at the top of there lungs. Shortly there after the rep appeared and started going over my credit info on the credit report again which we previously discuss. Then telling me that they needed three times the down payment with a 24.99% interest rate and that they could only put me into a bottom of the lot car not to exceed $7,000. Which was 50% of the purchase price of the $7,000 dollar car. Thats when I advised then I could go to a real dealership I know and get a new car for similar terms that was previously offered to me. When the rep responded "you better go do that then" and I left.

I sent an email to this dealership inquiring about a car its miles as well as the carfax info and if they had more pictures. That was several weeks ago and i have not heard from them at all. I truly was interested in the automobile. The dealer not responding back maked me think their customer service isnt up to par which is causing me to look else where
"Very Professional"
While the vehicle I was interested in didnt meet my needs the person I spoke to was professional, courteous and was interested in seeing that my needs were met. The sales person took down the parameters of the vehicle I am looking for and I fully expect to hear from him soon. Whats even more impressive is that I live over 600 miles from the dealership and was treated as though I lived right down the street. The dealerships here should take a lesson from these folks.

A pleasurable, honest, professional experience! This dealership does it all. From my on-line inquiry to the on-line credit app... The rapid response was within 10 minutes! Most dealers take a day or two. The inventory was incredible, all upscale cars both beautiful and in excellent condition. They definitely do everything possible to get you into a vehicle you want. I give this dealership my highest recommendation as it has been the best car buying experience Ive had in 30+ years.

I contacted them about a vehicle that was advertised, a week later I still have not heard back from them on if it was still available. I made a phone call to them, and they did not have what I wanted but did not take information to find out if they had anything else that I might like.

Thank you is all I can really say!.. Integrity did everything they could to ensure I was able to get into the exact car that I wanted. The process was quick and easy, the staff was very helpful and I left there with the car and payment that I wanted. Being a single mother of three, I put a lot of use in my vehicle and I fully trust Integrity and the reliability of their vehicles. Ive had mine a few months now and not one issue.. I bought a 2007 Saturn rely from them. 24 hrs later i had to take it back to the dealership they had it for 63 days. they with in that time put two engines in it. getting it back my car has transmission issues and also my car has electrical issues, i was harassed by the staff. so i got a lawyer and now have been sewing them for this piece of junk i call a van.The van has transmission issues the wipers dont work. the breaks had to be done. its gone through 3 batteries. all new tires. cd player does not work. i can go on all day. bad company and now very happy that my lawyer is getting all the money i have put out

Sent a request over a week ago about a vehicle that was advertised and I never heard back from them. At least they could have responded stating whether or not they still have the vehicle or offered something similar. Poor customer service and will not being do business with them.
