hands down the best service Ive ever received from any kind of dealership, new or used. i was looking for a used toyota matrix xrs, 05 and with a very specific quality criteria.and they were the only place in all of southern california that had the car that met those criteria. and they were completely forthcoming with any piece of information i wanted. including a free carfax report. and when it came down to finally discus price, Ive never had such a easier or painless time. I would recommend to anyone in the market for quality used cars

Recently purchased a very old BMW from Victor and Alex. I found both guys to be very straight forward and honest. There was nothing covered up on the car. The problems were not hidden from me. Their prices were very fair, the quality of the cars on the lot were actually very good. Alex knows his cars and knows whats he is buying. I enjoyed the buying experience, its a lot more personnel that the big dealers. Dont be afraid of buying from them and listen to their experience with the car you are interested in. My car was reviewed by a BMW master mechanic the next day, and yes it needed work to get it back to its original condition, but we had talked about that at their lot.

Buyer beware... This dealership sold my wife a 2000 Honda Accord very recently. At first glance it was in good/decent condition and she really liked it and wanted to make it her own. Against our better judgment she purchased the car and brought it to our mechanic to get a check up visit. (First, the battery was dead the morning after purchasing it, bad omen...) Oh boy did things go from bad to worse at that point. Well long story short, this car that we bought from a "dealership" was in worse shape than buying a beater car from someone on CraigsList. It now needs a few thousand dollars in repairs and will cost more than we ever expected. They have really been less than helpful in the process, insisting that we can bring it to the mechanic next door for repairs and pay THEIR cost for it to be repaired. Nothing against the guy next door, but theres no guarantee it will actually be done properly like it will through my personal mechanic. Basically, after several conversations with Alex and Victor at the "dealership", my wife was told (paraphrasing) that she got a good deal on the car and if you have enough money to buy this car outright you have enough to fix it. Is this someone you want to do business with? Think long and hard before you support a business that does not back it products 100%! As my headline states, Buyer Beware...
