Their standard pricing policy is very competitive as we had previously priced Audis at a couple of other dealerships. Brent was great to work with, very experienced and knowledgeable and most important (which is sadly lacking in this industry) he was extremely honest and never made me feel like he was pushing a sale. I did a lot of research prior to going in to see the car (trade in value of my car, retail value of the All Road, etc.) and was pleasantly surprised to get a trade in allowance more than I expected! Even though the car was pre-owned (certified) it was spotless when I picked it up, like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. Im no stranger to buying a car and have had a variety of makes and models. Ive always driven either a sports car or a sedan and thought it was time to try an SUV. My husband has had the Audi A6 and is currently driving the Q7. I thought the Q7 was too big for me so I stopped by Audi Cape Cod to take a look at the 2018 Q5. I was immediately impressed with this state-of-the-art dealership, the well-dressed staff and friendly atmosphere. I asked for Allen Parsons because he sold my husband his last vehicle and after discussing what I would like we made an appointment and I returned in a few days.
