"Dont Waste Your Time"
I called Queens Auto Sales because I was interested in one of their vehicles. After being on hold for several minutes, I spoke to a salesperson whose only interest was to get me into their store. When I asked him how much their processing fee was, he told me I had to come in and sit down to discuss it. I told him that before I invest time in coming in, I would like to know how much this fee is so that I have a better idea of the total price of the vehicle. He still would not tell me. I find this ironic because they advertise full transparency. Obviously this is a lie. Unfortunately, a place like this is the reason why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. Do yourself a favor and find a car elsewhere. My experience has been, if they try to be this dirty on the phone, they are 10 times worse in person.

I purchase my car on October 7th of this year I purchase a 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML 350. I contacted Malrin the general manager on November 19 regrading the defected Manifold. It took a week for Malrin to make an appointment for my car to get services. Finally on Dec 3rd I was told to drop my car off the Richard and it took 2 weeks to get a respond back if the extended warranty will cover the part. I was told by the extended warranty company that my contract was never submitted and Im intiled to a refund. Once again I called Malrin and he said since your car is not covered under the extended warranty he was willing to help me out by me coming up with half the repair cost of $600 and the dealership will pay the other half. On the 3rd week after trying to contact the owner, any manager, I finally was able to talk to Christine. At first she appear that she was willing to help and was very concerned she also started dodging my calls. And I was referred back to Marline. Marlin once again said I had to pay $600 to get my car repaired if not my car will be put out on the street. Let me remind everyone I had my car less than 60 days. I have possession of my car for less than 30 days. Please please do not purchase a car from this company .

I had very bad experience with these guys.i have been following these people for a Honda odyssey for almost five days. Finally they ask me to come and see the car.Before I start from new jersey I ask the sales person Adriana once again, can I come.(because it is almost sixty miles from the place where I live) when I went there is no such person and they said the car is already sold and they started showing me other cars.They have wasted my dayand my money.This is the catch, they post some car for sale for a very cheap price and they make you come over there ,when you reach they say the car is been already sold and we wil show you some other cars.so please be aware of these kind of people.
