I went to Kia of Dartmouth because my previous lease was up and I had to decide what my next move was for a vehicle. I didnt think I could afford anything new and I would have to buy out the car I had. The man who helped me, Jeremy, was fabulous in every way! He listened to everything I was looking for and got to know more about my life so he could help me make a good choice. I told him my budget and he worked with the other men there to keep it within my price range. I ended up getting a new SUV which I never thought I could afford. They gave me a fabulous deal! The customer service was great from all of the people who helped me. They made the whole process quick and easy. I was able to bring my new car home that same day because I live far away and they didnt want me to have to drive back. I was extremely happy with everything they did. This was my first time stepping out of my comfort zone. I have always had a Chevrolet . This was my first time in a Kia dealer ship. We where greeted by Dave Beard. He was great, not high pressure at all. He showed us a few cars and test rode a few as well. I fell in love with a 2015 Snow White Sorento, it was a nice riding car, but on the highway I noticed a vibration at high speed with the breaks. I told then and they said they would take care of it. I went today to pick up my car and it had new rotors. The finance manager is Richardo. He was great to do business with. Explained all the paper work warranty, Dealership for life etc. Today I also dealt with Keith a salesman that was quite helpful as well.I must say a positive experience all around,. "Dont Waste Your Time"
WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I would give zero stars if this review would let me. Lets start at that. I never write reviews however when you are $300 dollars off on a purchase and walk away you typically expect a call back the next day. As expected I did receive a call back and set up another appointment for the next day expecting to go in, split the middle and walk away with a new car. Well... 2 hours later on a Saturday afternoon that was not the case. The dealership would not honor the price that was given to me 2 days prior, or the interest rate, or pretty much ANYTHING that was discussed 48 hours ago. Wednesday we were told their best offer was $13,300 out the door including the docking. Saturday I walk in and say OK lets do $13,150 and Ill buy the car right now. Quite frankly I was probably going to do the $13,300 before losing the car over $150. Little did I know we would have to talk probably to 5 different sales reps that day. Each manager saying they couldnt do what we were told 2 days prior and this was a bad deal for them and they needed to sell the car for $14,000 plus a $286 docking fee. Wednesday they said I could finance for 3.1% Saturday they were at 5%. OH, and even though they said they werent going to.. I see on Credit Karma they ran a hard inquiry on my credit which brought my score down 5 points even though I said we werent going to finance through them if 5% was their approximate rate. Eventually after 2 hours a final manager came over to us and said something to the effect of "Clearly were not going to make a deal here so why dont you guys just get out... ". I basically got kicked out of a dealership that I was willing to spend $13,300 at. If I knew that 2 days later their price would go up $1,000 and their rates would go up 2% I probably would have bought the car for the $13,300 but Im actually glad I didnt and they didnt get a penny of my money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I actually feel like I walked out of that place with a lower IQ on Saturday from listening to those sales reps who had no idea what they were talking about. Glad I am spending my money elsewhere. I would not suggest Kia of Dartmouth to anybody.

We were treated with a friendly and respectful attitude. We were completely at peace through the whole process. They made the process really fast too. We did not have to be there all day. Ive never felt so belittled. Staff acted as though Ive never bought a car before even after insisting to test drive my current vehicle. Even though I work in the finance the sales staff tried making me feel stupid and made false claims. I wouldnt recommend these guys to anybody, they dont deserve your hard earned money

Im rating this dealership 5 stars because of my unique experience i had with them. I went to this dealership to look at and purchase a used car i was interested in. After inspecting the car and going for a test drive, I really loved the car and wanted to get it. After a little while the dealership salesmen and I came to an agreement. I put a down payment on the car, signed the papers and was able to drive off the lot that afternoon. I was a happy customer. Later that night after being home for a while I was starting to really think about the car and the purchase I made. My gut feeling was that I made a big mistake and I was in over my head on buying such a nice vehicle. After stressing most of the night and barely sleeping, I knew I was going to try and return the car. The following morning I took the car back to the dealership and confessed my mistake to the salesmen in hopes that they would work something out with me. I talked with the GM there and received the utmost professionalism, along with all the other employees there. Everyone was very understanding about the situation, and for that I have great respect for them. Helping me when they didnt have to, I cant explain how much I appreciate what they did for me. Whatever brings you into KIA of Dartmouth, I am confident youll be respected, treated fairly, and given a great deal on an amazing car. You wont be disappointed by this dealership. I have recommended your dealership to several people. One friend purchased a sportage, I bought my sportage in April of 2012 NEW. Trying for 5 yrs to get the gas reimbusment rebate. To no avail. Will not recommend Kia again until reimbusment is settled. Very disappointing. A new Kia for me is out of the question until rebate is sent. Bad P.R. He was knowledgeable, caring, and determined to put me in the car I wanted.And this is why my whole family returns to this dealership over and over to purchase there Kias. David and Kia have a customer for life!!!!!
"Nickle And Diming By Sales Managers!"
Im only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because most of the process was OK, the final step was really the disappointing part. I came in, as requested, as they wanted my 2015 Kia Sportage. Even though I now live an hour away, I stayed loyal to the same Kia dealership as the first time went smoothly. Needless to say, they negotiated an OK deal (after a very embarrassing initial offer) and part of the deal was a car starter. Living an hour away, making a FOURTH trip just for auto start (initial visit, second visit - come back to sign finance paperwork since the finance guy left for the day before I could do that (3pm), and third visit - come back to get plates!) was not an option. I got a quote from a local place that was $105 more than what they say they pay (if it wasnt a push to start it wouldnt have been more than the $210 the dealership is "offering" to give me).SO, even though I put a couple of thousand down just to make the deal work with them, they are nickle & diming me over $105? Lamont was a nice guy to deal with but his management makes the decisions and they have the worst customer service! I wont be back after this lease is over unless they resolve this issue.
