Was looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle on a Friday evening. Online search showed me a KIA Forte in Flemington, NJ, reasonable mileage and price. I requested information via online, and by the morning had it. Drove to the dealership from my home in PA in the morning, took car for a test drive, and liked it. I visited Fred Beans Kia to test drive a pre-owned vehicle I had seen advertised on Cars.com. Unfortunately, when I got to the dealer the car was no longer available because it had already been sold. However, the salesman was able to show me cars that were comparable and I ended up test driving two of them. While I didnt buy either car, being able to do the test drives will help me as I continue shopping. The salesman I spoke with was friendly, courteous, not pushy, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. He was willing to work with my tight schedule since I was visiting during my lunch break. I also found out when I was there that Fred Beans doesnt have any additional fees to the sticker price of their cars other than the typical cost of registration, plates, etc.

Car: Optima EX 2015 Sales Rep: Allie Bredael Sales Manager: Angel Guevara I went to four different Kia dealerships. Fred Beans in Flemington was by far the best. I visited them several times, each time I would call ahead and tell them the car that I wanted to test drive; each time the car I had requested, and with the options that I wanted, was waiting for me outside the dealership’s door. I really wasnt sure I wanted to buy an Optima at first, so I changed my mind twice and also drove a Forte and a Sportage. They were very patient with me and accommodated my needs at all times. Allie made me feel very comfortable. She was very personable and always had a smile on her face. She was knowledgeable and when she couldnt answer a specific question she was resourceful enough to immediately find out for me. Angel was down to earth and really tried to work with me and my indecisiveness. Unlike my experience with the other Kia dealerships in the area where they used less-than-honorable sales tactics, at Fred Beans I wasnt pushed, I wasnt pressured or rushed. They were transparent in their process and didnt hide any information from me. I did have to go back and forth with the price a couple times, but you should expect that from any dealership. After all, that’s how they make their living. I would recommend Allie and Angel to anyone I know.
