Wow. So, a little backstory; I recently had my honda civic totaled by a drunk driver and unfortunately to my dismay, the insurance payout only covered the remainder of my balance on the car note. I was a bit distressed because my car is absolutely NECESSARY for my business. Lucky for me, I found Alex. Not only did he find me the EXACT car I wanted, he helped me calmly and carefully navigate through the normally tumultuous and nail biting car buying process. no tricks, no games, no problems. we settled on a fair price and terms and by the end of the day I had a beautiful 2017 BMW 328i. The salesperson was great and very helpful. he was never pushy and let me take my time to get just the vehicle I wanted. There were no hidden charges and the financing process was excellent.

Car buying is never easy, so many decisions to make and things to take in consideration and well if your like me (lets just say Im not a car expert) its makes it that much difficult. M-Motorsports made this such a wonderful experience for me. Due to my job I wanted a much safer vehicle and of course wanted something that was nice and elegant. I came in contact with a very nice gentleman by the name of Mark who helped me out through the entire process. Mark was very customer service oriented and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in what I would be purchasing. I told him that I had plans of trading in my vehicle in order to consider getting into a new one; We talked and he decided that he would be buying my vehicle. With that said I was already very ecstatic! He gave me plenty of options and at that point I was a little overwhelmed and couldnt decide. So he asked me a series of questions to see what I like and what kinds of features I wanted; he narrowed it down to two vehicles and at that point I already knew exactly what I wanted. I felt very good with my choice especially after all the information I had received. Mark was very patient and overall helpful. He got all the paper work going and got me a great deal with one of the banks that they work with (better than what my credit union had original offered me) which was totally awesome! I couldnt be any happier with my decision of coming to M-Motorsports to purchase my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I got a great price for a Scion xb 2006. I love my car. Mark continues to provide great service and is an honest salesman. My dad is a mechanical engineer and hes inspected the vehicle. Hes often very skeptical but hasnt told me I made a mistake in buying my car and thats very different. Only problem I had was that one of the reverse lights wasnt working and Ive had to get some belts changed, but no major repairs since I purchased five months ago.
