I recently purchased a Camaro 2SS from this dealer and my experience could not have been more pleasant. David was extremely helpful from the first phone call to the last signature. I got a 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic from them. The car is perfect! And they offer me a very low price, even better than Carmax. Young and Divid helps me to choose the car and apply the loan. They are professionals. They know things. My credit history is not very well, but amazingly they helps me get the loan in 24 hours with very low interest rate and down payment. I am very happy to work with them, and I hope next time I will still bought cars from them. Now I have been using my car for half year and it runs like new.

"Not A Great Experience, Unprofessional."

Not a great experience. Called Tuesday to arrange an appointment to see a car listed in one of their ads and arrange purchase. Spoke with David who told me that the car was in a warehouse and he needed time to move it to the dealership lot. I asked if Friday would be a good time to stop by and enough time for him to move the car. He said yes and to call him on Thursday to confirm. I call Thursday morning and David informs me that he has since put a hold on the car for another buyer. He says he will check the status of the hold and call me back in a few minutes. Several hours go by with no call and I call David back around noon. He tells me that he hasnt reached the other buyer yet due to some time zone difference. I ask him why another buyer who called after me and cannot see the car until after me was able to put a hold on the car and I could not. David tells me because the buyer is flying in and offers no further explanation. He tells me he will call me back within an hour. Several hours later, still no call.

"Great Experience"

I stumbled across HJ while searching online. The car I wanted seemed fairly priced but I am from the Bay Area and seeing the car in person was not a casual drive drive. Before investing too much time in a car 400 miles away I called for some basic information. I spoke with David and immediately he was helpful. The next day I decided that I was interested in the car and wanted to ask more questions. Again, David was there to help and answered everything best to his knowledge. After I was certain everything was good, we negotiated about the price, something not a lot of dealerships do. After agreeing on a price, David agreed to meet with me on a Sunday, which was very accommodating on his part. Even when there was difficulties getting financed from a outside credit union David was always willing to help. I drove down to take a final look and purchase the car and everything was as David said, give or take a few tiny details. Within 5 days I went from browsing the internet to driving off the lot. "Great Experience At Hj Auto"

I recently purchased a used car from HJ Auto Group, and have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I worked with David Leon, who was extremely friendly and assured me they only buy vehicles in great operating condition. Sure enough, I had an independent mechanic check out the Bimmer I was interested in, and he was surprised how good of shape the car was in for being a 2008 model. The only thing he noticed was that the battery was weak, which David had replaced a few hours before I picked the car up (no upcharge). A few weeks later and Im in love with the car and have no regrets. HJ definitely seems to have higher standards than the other small used car dealerships I checked out before visiting them. Overall I had a great experience working with HJ, and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a quality used vehicle (they have exotic cars like Lambos and Maseratis as well - sadly out of my price range).

We found a car we we were interested in and emailed the dealer. We received a call from David within an hour. We made arrangements to go to HJ Auto Group which was 100 miles away. Upon arrival we were met by David who was very pleasant and warm. We test drove the car and knew we wanted to purchase it. Honestly, this was the most pleasant and seamless car buying experience we have ever had in our many years of purchasing vehicles. No back and forth, or hours on end of negotiating. David was very kind and explained all documents clearly with a friendly smile. David agreed to repaint the rear bumper after we noticed two spots that were damaged. When we left the dealership we felt we had a friend we could call anytime for assistance. We would highly recommend HJ Auto Group for wonderful customer service.

"Great Experience - Better Than Franchise Dealers!!"

I purchased a vehicle from HJ Auto Group this past weekend and the experience was exceptional. I had initially inquired about a specific vehicle, and David instantly contacted me with the specifics of the vehicle and everything I needed to know. After a few emails and phone calls, I decided to make the short trip from San Diego to see the vehicle for myself. I liked what I saw and David assisted me with getting the vehicle inspected by a certified technician of the cars manufacturer. A day later, I got the service managers approval and was then convinced to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. On the day of purchase, David made the paperwork process extremely quick and simple, and explained everything to me. No where in the process did I feel pressured or haggled (something you get a lot of at franchise dealers). Also, a blemish that I saw during my initial in-person examination of the vehicle was repaired without me even pointing it out. Buy with confidence - David is a great guy to work with and will not hide anything from you. Give these guys a chance; they will not let you down. Oh, and they have some pretty awesome cars as well! Thanks again David, it was truly a pleasure working with you!

I was in Florida and buying a car in LA was a question mark for me. David was very strait forward, delivered the car for inspection, made a repair that was not his responsibility and facilitated delivery with out a hitch. My experience was very good.
