My husband and I are down to one car and we found a used car that would fit our needs perfectly...At a Toyota in Boston. They delivered the car to Prime in Lancaster. My husband test drove it while I was at work on Friday and we went back to complete paperwork Saturday. Kristen was great, she let us test drive the car alone so we could talk things over and she helped us complete our paperwork quickly. We waited about 40 minutes to complete financing paperwork and then Sean told us that our car would be registered and ready to drive by Monday, or "Wednesday at the absolute latest." It is now Thursday. Because we are newly married, my husbands name is not on any of our bills. We were still told to use our current address, but then there was a problem with the paperwork. Sean also told us a package label with his name and address would be fine. Paperwork still held up on Tuesday. Through text, Sean even suggested that I make up a pretend lease with my husbands name on it in order to fix the paperwork. I repeatedly asked what our other options were, which was never answered. Both phone numbers we were given just keep ringing. It is now Thursday, we have a signed contract, and the dealership is now dodging our calls.

I went to Prime just to test drive a used vehicle I saw on the lot. I really liked the car and my sales person, Ken Te, made the buying process/decision so easy I wound up buying it right then and there. The was no "high pressure" like many other dealerships. I was offered fair value for my trade in and they actually found me a better interest rate for the loan than I had been pre-approved for with my bank. I wouldnt hesitate to go back there when I need another vehicle.

My wife and I were shopping for an Avalon and we had a specific interior color and trim level in mind. Prime Toyota has an excellent web page, and it shows that it has much better inventory than the Toyota dealer next to my home (54 vs 7 Avalons, to be precise), thanks to its size. It has 5 Toyota dealerships in MA. We went there on a Saturday, and were greeted by Rafael Rohden, a very friendly sales person. Rafael was a good listener; he tried to understand our needs and didnt rush to sell us something. We like honest and trustworthy salesman, hard to find these days. We felt very comfortable during the buying process and were not pushed to buy anything we didnt want. The car was prepared with license plates and was sparkling clean when we picked up the car a few days later.

Time is precious, and my wife and I have little of it so we spent a lot of time looking for what we wanted and communicated that to the people there. We carved time out of our schedule and had all the kids settled doing something entertaining while we went there. When we got there, the vehicles we told them we were interested in were not there. Day shot. Made arrangements to get the vehicles we were interested in there and on another day (3 days later). Carved out some more time and got about 3 calls verifying that we were coming in. My wife had the great idea to call back and make sure those vehicles were there and were told by the sales manager that they were unable to do so. When I told him that it would have been better to communicate that to me prior to me going there (had I not called, they wouldnt have told me). He said he tried to call me the day prior and had it logged several times. Ummmmm... the only number they have is my cell which is with me all the time and they did reach all the other times to confirm me coming in. Total incompetent communication from beginning to end by the sales staff who just want you in the door. They wasted A LOT of my time. Starting over from scratch looking again. I know another dealership wont have these kinds of problems.

I bought a Scion FR-S in Weymouth Massachusetts and a few lights immediately came on. My regular mechanic is not open on the weekends and I work during the week and was in a slight panic because Im very loyal to my regular mechanic. I drove by Prime Toyota Route 2 and realized it was probably the best place locally for me. So I went online and made an appointment. It took probably a minute to make the appointment and tell them what was going on with my vehicle. It has really great Saturday hours in my opinion. When I first pulled into the service department everyone was very nice and friendly and explained any question I had. I was quoted $103 and my issues were the check engine light and the tire pressure light. I waited probably an hour and a half. The waiting room is definitely more comfortable than any other car dealership I have been to. Someone came to get me and told me they were only charging me $54 which I appreciate. I appreciate the honesty of them doing that more than the savings because I was so pleased with the service I would have spent the $103 without thinking of it. They told me all my tire pressure sensors are broken. They gave me a great understanding of what was wrong. They told me that because of the duration Ive had the car that I should go back to my dealership because I shouldnt have to pay for something I didnt do. Again I appreciated the honesty and they were not pushy about scheduling to fix it. However, I got a quote from a couple different mechanics and it was significantly less for the same service. I was quoted over $1000 and gave the quote to every shop I went to so they could match it and Im getting it fixed for around $400. I 100% recommend checking them out however, get quotes from other places before scheduling anything--but you should do that anyway regardless of where you go. For regular maintenance though I will definitely be back here, they have good costumer service and were very patient. I know nothing about cars and am usually very confused when I go to service stations and I did not experience any of that here. I have already recommended this place to many people. They did not actually repair my vehicle, they diagnosed the issues for me, but I would not hesitate in the slightest to bring my car here if the price is right. I would even spend a little more money simply because they have weekend hours which is very convenient when you have a full work week.

Prime Toyota Rte2 is the absolute best!!!! I live in Worcester, MA yet still travel to Prime because of how good they are. I just had them install a Supercharger in my 2014 Tacoma and couldn’t be more pleased. I was going to do it myself but they took such good care of me I couldn’t refuse to have them do it. They took me right in. When you have something like a Supercharger waiting to be installed there is nothing worse than waiting to get it done. They took me in two days after I decided to have them do it. I also have investigated Supercharger install on the forums and some had nightmare stories. Most took 4 to 6 days to get done. Leaks after it was done and customer had for a few days. Charged double of what they should of paid, etc., etc. NONE of that happened with Prime Toyota. My engine bay was spotless. You couldn’t even tell they did anything to it. Done in a day and a half and absolutely perfect. Not one leak. Not one missing bolt. Not one broken clip or mickey mouse brackets or anything. I have never got a job done as good as they have in my life. I’ve had worse experiences bringing it in for checkups. Floors all dirty and kick panels all scuffed up. But not here. This place is top notch!!!! The people are great also. The service writer was kind and attentive. Of course I wanted to boast about my Supercharger and he listened and talked to me about it. Not just get the normal blow off like they could care less. And when it was done and I picked up we talked more about it. He made recommendations and praised what I did and loved my truck. Nothing better than hearing someone else like what you had done. I needed a rental car to use during the install and their rental divisions was painless and cheap. I couldn’t of had a better dealer experience if I tried. Trust me when I tell you that you want to have your Toyota serviced at Prime Toyota. I never write reviews and never have good experience(to want to write a review). But I have to tell you all about this place. It’s one in a million. There isn’t one bad thing I can say about them. From pulling up to pulling out was nothing but pure pleasure !!!!!!!! P.S. I e-mailed five or six dealers in my area about the install. Prime was the ONLY one that got back to me. I called a few that I e-mailed to give them the benefit of doubt, but they all were either way too much money or couldn’t take me in for weeks. Or both.

I just bought a car from Prime, and while I have yet to deal with them on any type of service/repair issue, I must say I appreciated the buying process. I purchased a pre owned vehicle which was about as close to as new as I could find, a 2014 model with less than 10k miles that fit the exact profile of what I was personally looking for. I have shopped around online the past few weeks pretty thoroughly, comparing value...visited a few dealerships and communicated with a few others via email. One outright lied to me about a pretty important credit detail as I was very close to buying from them, so I backed off. Another I casually inquired online about the availability of a car, then stopped by their lot just to give it a quick look (but didnt get the opportunity the speak much with a salesperson). BIG mistake they ended up with all of my contact info they were so THIRSTY. Many calls, voicemails, text messages, and my inbox getting blown up with emails every hour or 2 for a few days. Almost all from different people at the same location, maybe a half dozen. It was outrageous and quite honestly a turn off. I dealt with none of this kinda stuff at Prime, the way they handled themselves throughout the shopping/sales process earned my business as much as the vehicle itself did. I worked with a gentleman named Rodrigo and his friendly demeanor made him easy to talk to about what exactly I was looking for. He never pressured me or sweated me, but was always there if I reached out with questions. He didnt try to lock me down our first meeting with the whole "are you willing to buy today" pressure, he was just cool and gave me the info I was looking for along with his card. I shopped around some but ended up going back to him because of the impression he made. He felt trustworthy and I really did like the car. When I was ready to make a deal a manager names Al Salas jumped in to help us hammer out the details and make it happen. I appreciated his approach as well. They were both forthcoming with all of the various numbers and nothing was hidden, nor any negotiating games played. They worked with me to put together a deal that was fair and I am comfortable with. Thats all I was looking for, an honest and transparent transaction. Fair exchange. Throughout my own car shopping process I found many many many cars throughout the state that fit the general profile of what I was looking for, some seemingly better deals than others. There are tons of great options out there. For me personally, the dealer that earned my sale was not just the one who had what I was looking for, but the one who allowed me to buy it without all the usual underhanded nonsense. All I have to say is that there are some sales people who know a lot, and then there are some that, well, dont know jack. Salesman I had told me about features that were included with the vehicle that were not, then told us different figures than what was acually put down on final paperwork. Although they have corrected the problems and I do appreciate it, I do feel that some of the sales people need to learn a little more about the vehicles they are selling, not to rush through a sale, and not be pushy. There was a time druing the deciding process where he became very pushy and I almost got up and walked out. But I needed a new vehicle and the deal they gave me could not be beat.

I drove through the parking lot to simply look at a car that I believed I couldnt afford payments on, but I parked but stopped to look anyway. A salesman greeted me within a minute and claimed to have a "great deal" for me. I left that day but was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Sean in the sales department with concrete numbers on a few different scenarios. With little money down I walked away with a car that I have been dreaming about for three years now. The sales staff was very low pressure about letting me walk out the door, which I prefer. The dealership itself has an impressive atmosphere, yet no intimidation factor. Everyone was friendly and helpful and although the sales personnel is taught to go right over to someone as soon as they step on the lot, I simply had to say that I was either just looking or that I was already dealing with Sean and they would back off. Salesman Michael DiGiovanni met us in the showroom and was very courteous, friendly and cooperative, giving us the opportunity to test drive two of their vehicles. We were not yet ready to buy but Michael was very cool about that and did not put pressure on us. He answered our thousands of questions in a pleasant and humorous manner making us feel as though we were his friends. He followed up with phone calls to and from my husband and met us the next time to really dig in and discuss our options. We kept him busy, bouncing back and forth between us and his manager, and during all this he maintained his pleasant attitude. I felt as though he was doing all he could to get us the best deal. After we finally made a deal, he was very thorough and competent in showing us the vehicle and making sure we knew all about it and were happy with our decision. I would buy another car from him any day and would have no problem suggesting others go to Prime Toyota in Lancaster and ask for him to purchase a car. We couldnt be happier and when we drove away, I felt like I should go back every now and then to just say hi! Totally impressed by his performance and the way the dealership dealt with us!

I dealt with two salepeople in going to this dealership.. I dealt with Sean Wiita and Lucas Macfee. Both of these gentlemen were first rate. They treated me more as a friend then a customer. There was no heavy sell with them which I appreciated. I left there to go look at other cars but in the end I was so impressed with the service that I went back. Lucas handled most of the sale details and took the time to sit with me and my wife and make sure we were very comfortable with the whole process. When I went to pick the car up he made sure that he sat with me and went over the high points of operating the car and all its features.. I will definley go back there when it is time for another car..

After deciding to price a trade-in of my older model RAV4, I visited Prime Toyota and was greeted by Lucas MacFee who was energetic, cordial and very helpful in my decision to trade. I was able to test drive, negotiate and sign what I felt was a fair deal in under 2 hours with no pressure from Lucas or his management. When I picked up my new RAV4, everything was done just as promised. I would highly recommned Lucas and Prime Toyota to others in the market for a new car.

I was driving my 2003 Chevy S-10 a few days ago when the tranny decided it did no longer wish to serve my truck. This was a bad day. I am brand new at my job and calling in sick would look really really bad. There was absolutely no time to buy. Lucky for me I was just entering my days off. I had to act quick. So I looked up prime Toyota on rte 2 knowing Toyota is known for their affordable longest lasting vehicles. The only downfall was I was a first time buyer with some subpar credit and not much money in my pocket. I didnt get my dream vehicle, but I was able to snag probably one of the last 2014 Toyota Tacoma with the access cab, which is known to be a popular fast seller. It is still a great truck and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wasnt able to do any of this without the help of Doris Stanton. Doris knew my credit wasnt much help in my situation but she was able to work out a stellar deal with a payment that I could afford. Doris is an extremely knowledgable saleswoman and I am extremely happy to have had her sell me my first brand new vehicle. I look forward to returning to prime toyota for my first vehicle maintenance check because there facility is In tip top shape and as clean as my brand new truck. After loving my 2003 Toyota Rav 4 for many years, my husband and I decided it was time to trade it in! I was very nervous starting my search for my vehicle. I wasnt exactly sure what vehicle I wanted to buy I had a few in mind. Doris Extensive knowledge of the Rav4 made what would have been a very long process a rather quick and painless one. She was so passionate about the product that it became clear that the Rav4 was definitely exactly what I wanted and needed to fit my life style it was almost like she know that this was the exact fit before even i knew.
