Inquired. Confirmed availability. Set appointment. Vehicle was not ready when I first inquired but I was quickly called once the vehicle was starting to get cleaned.. I came before my Wife to go over CARFAX and numbers with Huy. By the time we were done my Wife had arrived and the vehicle was fresh and clean. Huy was upfront about a few damages and missing interior pieces and not once lied to try to make the sale. We drove, made the deal and did paperwork. In and Out in an hour! Thanks Huy!

We called in right as we were leaving CARMAX after looking at another Mustang that did not drive so well. Huy helped confirm the Mustang you guys had was still available. We called Huy to confirm it was still available two days later and came in to take a test drive all the way from Santa Rosa. We went straight to the car to look at it and Huy came to greet us as he was already expecting us. He was nice enough to stand back and let us do our own inspection with out being pushy like we expect sales people to be. We took two test drives (one for each of us) and told Huy we want to think about it over lunch. He offered to us the car to take to lunch but we declined.. Car was in great condition and drove smooth. Huy made everything straight forward and simple and assured us we were getting the best deal through TrueCar. Have you ever wondered why people dont go to the dealerships service department for service. Well i went to get my oil change and it was less expensive to get it done at CJDR Marin then at Jiffy Lube. I was having lunch with some friends next door, and decided to get it done while eating. When I came back, there was no pushy service person with all my filters out saying buy, buy, buy. What they said was have a great day and I set up my next appointment. Thank you, Gary

I havent purchased a vehicle in 13 years and have always been apprehensive about going to car dealerships because of the pushy sales staff. CJDR Marin is the place to go! After spotting my vehicle on Cars.com, I sent a request to CJDR for more information. Within a matter of hours, Christina responded to my inquiry. After responding to a few more of my email inquiries, she "invited" me to stop by. Christina and Joe, another sales rep, were professional and knowledgeable. Joe was patient as I test drove the car and provided key information regarding the car, which helped me make the decision to purchase the car. He shared that he had recently joined CJDR because of the "family-oriented environment." I totally agreed because it was evident. I must add that I was pre-approved for a car loan. However, CJDR took the time to find me a lower interest rate, and kept the payments exactly where I wanted them! After driving my new "used" car home, the vehicle started steaming. Not to worry . . . I took it back to the service shop on the next business day. As promised in CJDRs policy, the service shop put the car through diagnostics. Ernie, the general manager, came out to assure me that the car had a clean report and they would do whats needed to correct the problem. I was impressed that the GM would take the time to address my concerns. Ernies demeanor was reassuring; I felt as if I was talking with someone I had known for some time. OK, back to the car. So, after about an hour, Ernie came to tell me that the radiator cap wasnt tightly in place. This is what caused the smoke or steam. In any case, it was an easy fix (smile). The car is wonderful, and the price was right for me! Ive already recommended CJDR to a few people. Im so glad I crossed the Richmond Bridge from El Cerrito . . . I would have missed getting a great car and meeting an exceptional team.
