I live in AZ and called about a truck they had that I have been looking all over for. I was willing to fly out the next day. They did not bother to call me back. I asked if this was their best price. They responded that it was and they were firm on the price. Two days later I saw that they dropped the price by $2000. Had they told me they were willing to come down even a little, I would have been out there the next day but they lost the sale because they failed to communicate and were dishonest with me about their ability to negotiate. Looks like they sold it shortly after, so I guess they really dont care much about what I think anyway. Typical dealer.

I had made an appointment to look at used cars. They made we wait. When the young man came out he took me to the used lot far Way. He had no keys for any vehicle or know their actual prices. I left not really learning anything about the car. I was promised a call for the info missed the night before. He finally called me 3 days later. I would never recommed ypur dealership.

Purchased a car in August. Still waiting for the plates to come. Called the DMV to see what the hold up was. Over two months now and the dealership still has not presented a Bill of Sale or initiated paperwork to have the title transferred and plates processed. Ive been calling non stop for two days now to have someone help me, no one will answer my calls or return my voice mails.
