"Wasted Time & Money"
I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a mechanic. And hopefully close a deal. I showed up and the sales person was gone and nobody had a clue. They were resistive at first to let me inspect the car. I paid for a mechanic to look at it. I asked them to put a hold on the vehicle and they said sure. When the sales person returned, he informed me that it had been sold out from underneath me. This was not very courteous in my opinion, and is reflective of the other bad comments about this dealership. I would never come back here again and and I am sad I wasted so much time and money on this bad experience. Their used cars are priced over blue book and not certified.

"All Day For Notthing"
I was contacted by Kenny about a car they had online. I was dealing with a guy name Sean, I ask his are you sure you can get a car that old financed? he said yes. He ran my credit then he came back and said can you get a cosigner? i said yes. Sean kept coming in and out the room asking can you please give me a little more time? Then i met a young man name Joshua and he came in an he introduced himself to me and my mom. while me and my mom waited for Sean, for hours to finally come back in the room to tell me i didnt get the car. It took him hours. i asked him do i have any options? he said No. I said not one? he said No. the manager can in, but i can see he really didnt want to go agents Sean in front of me. I was talking to Joshua on my way out and i told him i never heard of and person with good credit not having options.. he said your are right... He saw the look on my face and he said i dont want you to be sad let me talk to my manager, and he did get me some options. See while Sean was being Lazy and just not telling to manager what was really going on. I got mad because i was there too long and he really try and he made the dealership look bad. I just have to say thank you to Joshua for been so sweet and sticking his neck out to help. I really fell in love with this guy. Heres to you Joshua ;) Oh! I didnt get the car. I got more i got a new BFF! I also text Kenny last night about what was going on. He didnt say anything until this morning when i told him to look out for my blog on Yelp.. then he text me back... Bye Felicia !

They best car shopping experience I have ever had. The Finance Manager, Vick is a true professional and offers excellent customer service. Also, Kenny the sales person who helped with the purchase is very pleasant with good customer service skills. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks again And I always used to drive BMWs.
