I, like most people dont usually like car salesman. But was a different experience. Doug Delkescamp my salesman, made me feel very comfortable, was very informative was not over-pushy and my experience was great. I would recommend dealing with Doug to anyone.

I knew what I wanted for a vehicle~a 2017 Super White 4Runner SR5 Premium with a moonroof and preferably Sand Beige interior but would settle for whatever colour interior as long as I got the exterior colour & moonroof. I searched within 50 miles of where I live and I found 1 matching everything except interior colour at $40,943 (down the street from where I live) and 5 Barcelona Red & 3 Black4Runner Premiums with moonroof topping at close to $40k. I expanded my search to 150 miles and Woohoo!!!!! Stephen Auto Centre had a 2018, yes a 2018 Super White SR5 Premium with Sand Beige interior, moonroof, heated/leather seats, Navigation, all weather mats, exhaust tip all for $37,347!!!! I called and had an appointment set up with Piotr. We met 9/26/17 at 115pm and my daughter and I drove back home to Norwell MA in my brand new 2018 4Runner at 530pm!!! I have to BRAG about Piotr....he is a wonderful person, who made my car buying experience exceptional and stressfree. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Piotr at Stephen Toyota/Stephen Auto Centre!!!!! Worth the drive from anywhere!!!

Was looking around for a truck and decided to check out Stephens, first time around spoke with Robert N and got brushed off by him which I did not like at all but then I spoke with Jorge Wehbe in the New Millenium section. Let me be the first to tell you this guy was FANTASTIC. He answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge and if he didnt know an answer he found one out. His customer service skills are the best Ive ever experienced from a dealership. He made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. My experience at Stephen Auto Mall [Millennium Auto Sales ] was SUPER!!While I was looking at a 2014 Toyota camry se I was approached by WANDA MIRANDA.She was very pleasant to talk with.. I can not stand sales people who try to pressure you into buying a car..She told me all about the car inside an out..We then took the car out for a ride. I loved it...After our return we went inside to her office to talk price..The price at the time was alittle out my range. I told her what my price range was...I had left there thinking that I wasnt going to have that car..She called me back about an hour later and gave me a price that I couldnt refuse.. With in 2 days she did all paperwork and transferred my reg. .All I had to do was bring my plates in..They put them on and I was on my way. That was the easiest time I ever had buying a car.. Found a vehicle online in which I was interested. Visited Stephen Auto Mall, where I was introduced to sales associate David Mazolla. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (GMC Sierra 1500 SLT). The vehicle was great, and Davids confident but unassuming and no-pressure approach closed the deal for me. David was able to work with his managers to meet my desired trade-in value, and then worked over the next few days to answer some questions and get all of the required paperwork set up. This was the easiest and most satisfying car purchase experience in my 52 years. I highly recommend this business.

This was a very good car buying experience. When I posted our request for dealer responses to my on-line listing on the USAA car buying service website Stephen Toyota replied by telephone almost immediately. I was transferred to Mr. Lukic. He was knowledgeable about Prius models and we met the same day at the AutoMall. When they did not have the model we wanted in stock, Mr. Lukic arranged for the desired model to be obtained from another dealer. In total it took 3 working days for the dealer to obtain the car, do the paperwork and drive away with the car we wanted.
