Just horrible Nothing was good about this place Rude, stupid , and lost is what describes the employees.

Was in the market for a used car and contacted the dealership via E-Mail. I received an initial response, but they did not seem to follow it up after I responded to this E-Mail. Some customers like to prepare a purchase using E-Mail-conversation only, because everthing that was exchanged between customer and dealership can be traced. There was a good chance for the dealership, to sell a car to me, but I guess they were too busy. Suggestion for the future: Give Internet customers attention as well or if it is not convenient for the dealership, delete this method of communication from the web-page. Now I bought a used car at another dealership, where I had a very effective communication using E-Mails only. Not a single phone conversation was necessary.

"Meh ... Know It All Kid Behind Desk"
I let the kid behind the desk know i wanted to check out a specific car they had, had been there for two weeks at least. Says oh I already sold it just right now.... then spits out ya the 2012 right? Why in the world would you tell me you sold a car before you have all the information of what Im looking for? Needless to say I wont be back and I didnt buy the car.

Seemed to be uninterested with earning my business. Also changed the price when I showed up and said it was the weekends promotion. I expect them to try to make money. But they got to work on customer service.

Richard the general manager, was polite and very helpful. He was able to get my partner into a 2012 Chevrolet Volt, which is a very nice car. Overall our experience was pleasant and we did not feel pressured at all. Will definitely come back!
