My wife and I had been looking for several weeks for a used car for our 16 yr old daughters first vehicle. We looked all over the state and found many dealers and craigslist scams that really made us question why we were even looking. We finally found Mikes and couldnt be happier. The car was exactly what we wanted and the sale was simple. Being that the car is used we expected some minor cosmetic issues to be overlooked. Surprisingly when we picked it up these issues were corrected without us even asking. We will definitely consider going back to Mikes for our next used car.

Contrary to the stereotypical car dealer, Mikess Motors has proven to be a thoroughly professional and ethical company. I bought a used 2008 VW Beetle and the whole process could not have been smoother. Any repairs that were needed were taken care of quickly and even issues I was not aware of were taken care of, all under their warranty. Joe was incredibly helpful throughout the process, very communicative and great at putting the customer at ease. I have bought several cars from other dealers but MM has been far and away the best of those experiences. I will be back again.

Recently we were looking to replace our college aged daughters used car due to an accident. After searching through hundreds of cars online, I finally found car at Mikes Motors that was within our price range, and didnt have any major issues, like a lot of the other cars Id been seeing. I have to say, from start to finish, the whole process was seamless, and actually a pleasure. Joseph was great, he was professional, polite, and treated us the same as if we were buying a new car. He even arranged for our local mechanic to look the car over before we committed. A few minor things were recommended, and they were promptly taken car of. The price was very fair, and we really feel we got a good, solid car for our daughter. They even had it detailed for us when we came to pick it up. After all the research I did online, and all the cars I looked at, this place really stood out as having fair prices & great service. They were very honest and up front about everything from the start, and everything that was promised was delivered upon. All in all we were extremely pleased with the whole process. "Exceptional Service"
This was my first time buying a car, and as a habitually anxious and highly suspicious person I felt plummeted into a situation wholly unnatural and beyond my control. Just browsing at first, I found what seemed by all appearances to be a GEM (04 Acura RSX w leather seats & only 90 K) as I was looking for an older Acura with low mileage, so after reading such great reviews about Jason and Joe I decided to take it for a drive. A week later my power steering went on my TL and my disposition changed abruptly as I was forced to scramble about in a frenzied manner to complete such an overwhelming process b/c I was financing. Joseph and Jason get five stars from me because not only did they reserve judgement and get me an approval quickly, but they also answered my hundred and twenty questions honestly and made some minor repairs I requested based on a pre-purchase inspection. Once I drove off the lot I did notice it wasnt driving the same as the two times I test drove it AT ALL. I called back maybe 48 hours later, and although their mechanic was honestly no help at first, because I did insist something was wrong Joe told me to bring the car back asap. Not even three hours after dropping my car off it was ready for me; they had replaced a sensor or two, and it has been shifting smoothly ever since. I not only highly recommend Joe and Jason, but will give them a call myself before going anywhere else. They made my car buying experience as painless and simple as such an anxiety-provoking experience of this nature could possibly be.

Immediately upon meeting Joseph (Sales manager) it was made clear they wanted nothing more than to place me in a car that would meet my needs and price range. I never was never hassled throughout the process or felt as if I was being taken for a ride, pun intended. Even though my credit is not great there was no problem finding a quality vehicle and getting fast financing. I have always had some reservations about every car I purchase and can honestly say after a couple of weeks of owning my Hyundai that I have absolutely no regrets. Jason (finance manager) walked me through the final steps of the process with ease and the rest of the crew at Mikes auto proved to be kind and helpful as well. They even drove me home and picked me up as I was finishing the purchase. Considering how sales driven and greedy most high purchase experience are these days it is refreshing to meet such committed and compassionate people. Because of this business location, the cars on the lot were plentiful and of quality. This business is built to sell. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and was given nothing resembling a "run-around." No soft shoe, no big push, no dancing around questions. The staff is honest, direct and extremely helpful and organized. The location may not be the finest, but the quality and value of the vehicles and staff most certainly are. It was a pleasure dealing with them, even through a minor drama with my insurance company. The car I drove off the lot with is a gem. I cannot recommend Mikes Motors highly enough.
