"I Would Give 6 Stars If There Is One"
We had such a wonderful experience with them that I would give 6 stars if possible. Not only were the sales team, Ms. Sophia and her staff, all so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient to cut the deal, but also the Boss--Mr. Hossein is such a honest businessman with integrity as well as kindnesses. When we finished our contract, I handed him the money that I thought was the exact amount. Mr. Hossein took the money into his office and called us in a few minutes later and made me count it again--It turned out that I gave him 1500usd MORE without even noticing. I couldnt appreciate it more while Mr. Hossein told me that they only take the HONEST MONEY. I would recommend this business to all my friends! Excellent customer service!

We had done some research online and went to Spectrum to see a specific vehicle. Sam the salesman was friendly and helpful. He allowed my wife and I to take the car for a test drive without taking copies of our drivers license or going with us, which surprised me. We were pre-approved for a loan with our credit union but he also had us contact a bank that he uses to see if we could get a better deal. He was very patient and helped us through a few snags in the process. We gave him a down payment and took possession of the vehicle, went to our credit union, signed the loan paperwork and they sent him the balance. No issues with the car and overall a very positive experience.
"Questionable Customer Service"
I recently purchased a car from them. There were several problems with the car. In particular, the battery, I keep having to get a jump. The battery would not hold a charge. The service/sales personnel blamed me. It took them almost two weeks to get a battery. Then they ordered the wrong battery, They finally replaced the battery, which doesnt appear to fit. I did not appreciate the lack of customer service.

Sam is a great. My experience was eazy peazy lemon squeazy. Saw what I wanted and Sam made it happen. I have horrible credit and I originally went in thinking I was going to have to bring a co-signer but didnt need it. I strongly recommend ANYONE with bad credit who absolutely needs a car to go Spectrum. They truly do have a finance company for EVERYBODY!
"Stay Away!"
The salesman is dishonest and very impatient. He was not willing to work out a deal at all he kept saying "do you want the car or not?" He was very anxious to try and sell me the car as well as trying to rush me into it. He is dishonest because I had contacted him about the car on a monday, he told me I could come and see it tuesday morning, I called him tuesday morning and he then tells me that his friend took the car to vegas and it wont me back until wensday night and I can see it thursday morning. I call him on thursday and he then tells me that the car is not back yet and it will be back on thursday night and I can see it friday morning. So I go and see it friday morning and he was not up to par, the driver side door panel was somewhat coming off and the car was very dirty. I also had my girlfriend contacting him from a different number all week as well and he was lying to her also. After I had left the dealer on friday I had her call and ask if she can come see the car, he told her "Im going to be honest with you maam, the car is still in Vegas and it will be back tonight. You can come see it tomorrow. This is the honest to GOD truth." Bottom line, this man is not honest and a horrible salesman. Do not spend your money with someone that is not honest and willing to give you the best deal possible. There is only one salesman and his name is Sam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER
