It was such a relief going here to shop for cars after endless dealerships and a handful of bad experiences I went to Hertz and had such a great experience with their salesman Antonio. Super friendly and very laid back he showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didnt try to push me on a vehicle out of my price range. He was supportive but not by any means pushy and I felt really comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from them. Everyone was super clear and helpful, what you saw was what you got and depending on the car most of them are still under their factory warranty and if not than Hertz offers plenty of affordable options for extended warranties and has a Hertz 12 month 12,000 warranty which is another reason why they are a great place to purchase from! All of their cars are more than reasonably priced, and are really well maintained and most of their used cars are in shoe room condition and look like they just rolled out of a factory. Would definitely purchase a car from this dealership again.

My first review was good at this dealership, but once they sold me the car they couldnt get back in touch with me regarding questions about purchasing an extended warranty. The first question from the salesman when I arrived to purchase the car was where is the check? In the past 5 days I have reached out to Harold who handles warranties and financing with no response from him. I am now writing a letter to John Tague, the CEO at Hertz. After the sale it seems like the customer is gone and forgotten.

I was looking around and test driving various vehicles in my price range for 2-3 months but nothing made me happy. I picked 4 possibilities to test drive at Hertz, and did test drive 2 of them, but once I drove the Mazda CX-5 Sport SUV, I just knew it was my car! I would truly recommend Hertz Car Sales for anyone seeking a new or used car. There was a well informed staff and there was absolutely no pressure. I interacted with Tony at Hertz Car Sales at Hartford and I should say that he has been exceptional and during the entire process I never thought he was selling the car. He was with me through out the entire process and never insisted me to by any car unless I was satisfied. He kept on saying to try a new car till the time I am completely satisfied.
