I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than Id hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable. Thank you Obi One & Sergio! Still cant believe that car is mine!

I dont usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Hertz in Norwalk. We had the best salesman ever, CW you were awesome!! He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Was looking into an Elantra but my salesman Cw went above and beyond giving info on not only the Elantra but other cars as well! I do a lot of driving.. a lot. Few hours I ended up purchasing a 2015 Sentra SV which came with so much more than the Elantra I had my mind set on! I couldnt be happier its been 2 weeks now and I love my Sentra! Its so good on gas!! Im glad my salesman was so knowledgeable and gave great advice! Happy customer!

HERTZ Norwalk, CA was welcoming. I had an effortless attempt at purchasing my vehicle with them, my first vehicle. They had performed an oil change, new air filters and checked the brakes. And gave me a thorough description about all of the maintenance as well as an auto record, without demand. I had test drove the same model and year vehicle, purchased another with fewer miles and Im satisfied. I purchased three days ago and so far its perfect. Lets see if any problems arise(I hope not :) RECOMMEND THIS DEALER.
