"A Very Decent Experience"

This was one of the better used car operations Ive seen during my car search. The car was as represented and they were willing to work with me albeit on a limited basis. We cut a deal but I just couldnt drive all the way back to Oxnard as the traffic was numbing. They were very responsive.

"My Experience"

I had found a car that I wanted on cars.com so I decided to take a hour and a half drive to check it out. After inspecting minor problems that I knew the vehicle had I informed them about it and they said they would have the technician check it out and call me back first thing in the morning. I gave them my credit report just so they can see if i was eligible for the vehicle with a 20 percent down payment and they said for sure. Turns out I had to call back and recieved and answer around 7 pm while I was already half way there only to hear lies from the technician and the salesperson over the phone. First they said that I was not eligible for the car. Then they told me there was nothing worn out when you can feel the heavy vibration as you apply gas to their only mercedes s class on the lot. It felt like the transmission mount needed to be replaced as I am familiar with the vehicle. I told them that wed come over there to talk but then just turned around as we realized we would be there a lot later then 8pm which is closing time. For us not informing them that we would show up, they dropped my credit score by 28 points. I was at 718 and now back at 690. Thanks alot. Never am i going to chance a situation like this again. If you get a funny feeling off first hand, go with it and leave. Really childish with the credit score gig. I was sure to mention this for everybody to know my experience with Todey Motor Company.
