But still I have noise coming when I drive more then 50 MPH. No tech is finding whats wrong. They are not fixing my problem and giving excuses All the times.

We purchased a 2017 Corolla here. We started by contacting them. Robert Belpedio did a great job and gave us a quote of the total cost which was very reasonable. We went in and finished the transaction in early August and Nick Patel showed us the car and handled the transaction nicely. Thank you guys! I do wish their back-end processing system can be upgraded because we spent total 3 hours over there. Most of the time we were just waiting. There were only a few customers that evening. We didnt need the car loan and was expecting a fast transaction. I noticed from review that another customer also had similar long waiting. But still I think they deserve a nice review.

I visited the dealership and met the General Manager Mark who could not be more accommodating. I was unable to make a decision so I advised him that I would be returning. I decided to return on 11/11/16 and called the GM to inform I was coming back in to look at a few vehicles. He apologized that he was out of town at a meeting but he set up Mohamed to be waiting for me. When I arrived at the dealership it was not busy so there was many people to assist you if needed but I requested to look around and was not stalked like I have been at other dealership. When I made my selections Mohamed accommodated us in a very clean environment and guided us through a smooth purchase. There was no games that I have witnessed at other dealership having to go to the manager to get this special deal. I told Mohamed what I could afford and he made sure I got the most for my money. He actually took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail. Lisa Ocasio the General Sales Manager checked in on us multiple times during the process to make sure we were truly satisfied and informed that the GM actually called to see if he could assist in anyway. This was truly a great experience. From the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Finance Officer to the GM everyone was excellent. It was a smooth no pressure purchase.

Extremely poor service. Ive been calling them for 3 days trying to get hold of a service advisor. Ive left multiple voicemails with multiple people. No call back. Ive even tried to get hold of the Manager Rich and he never got back. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealer who actually care about there customers.
