bought a chevy impala on 5/10/17 with my friend accompanying me. as I was leaving dealership after purchase my friend noticed a good size crack on windshield (not visible) from drivers side. and I was not able to stay and get fixed at that time, so I returned to show them (GALO) on 5/11/17 @3:30pm and I was told "didnt happen here, but call around and well try to get a windshield for you at a cheaper cost". I even called my friend that was with me and put him on speaker but I was told "i wouldve noticed that, thats a big crack" from GALO. made me feel like I was trying to get a free windshield out of this like a thief. I thought since I bought it like that it would get fixed, no problem.. shouldve never left dealership without pointing that out. disappointing experience

Have come back for a few oil changes and other service needs and the service department is nice and very good about finding and fixing problems. I purchased my second car here on 2/4/2017 and it was extremely better than my first experience buying. Every member of the staff was so helpful and kind. I am self employed so I had a very difficult time finding a car lot that would work with me. I found a great priced Hyundai online and decided to call in to give it a shot and see if they would work with me. I spoke with Sarah and she was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I was asked to come in the next day to see if we could get me in a new car. I worked with Danny and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the entire process. Once I was approved he broke down all my options and explained them in detail so I did not feel in the dark about anything. Once we came to a great payment and apr I was sold. I took the car for a test drive and signed all the papers and was out of there in no time. It was such a easy going experience compared to my last. I will definitely be coming back for my car needs.

"Amazing Is All I Say!"

Over my lifetime, I’ve had to deal with numerous car dealerships, some great, some horrible. Bar none, I’ve had the best experience dealing with Prestige auto. Originally, we were shopping around and came across a Kia Optima online being offered by Prestige. Upon viewing the information, I realized i needed more information. I called Prestige and was quickly served the information I requested without being pushed into a sale. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and I was taken quite off-guard not having to deal with someone trying to jam a sale down my throat. The next day, my wife & I took a ride down to the dealership and arranged a meeting to look at the car. We were quickly welcomed by an assistant who promptly answered any and all questions we had. We took the car for a test drive and instantly fell in love. Eventually, we ended up purchasing the Kia Optima and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. The price was a steal!!! Overall, the whole experience was extremely enjoyable. Prestige remained professional and helpful throughout the entire timeframe and the staff itself is highly knowledgeable. I took my daughter car shopping and ended up buying two convertible Camaros. It was quite a beautiful mother-daughter day. The sales person was friendly and helpful. We were qualified buyers but both cars were upside down. They worked with us to get financing with no money down and a reasonable payment. There was no unpleasant irritating pushy sales person here. Just someone who listened and was patient and really nice to work with. In other car buying experiences I have felt like I was under attack and left with a car that I wasnt too sure about. Here we left with amazing cars at really surprising prices. The price I paid for a gorgeous 2015 convertible Camaro was less than the price I paid last year for a 2013 Buick Verano at a different dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. They did everything right from the minute we called to ask some questions.

The prices get you to Corona, the service keeps you there. I purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 which had a few scratches. Danny the manager went out his way and removed the scratches. All the cars are CarFax certified. Prestige not only sells cars but does maintenance. High recommended

Coming from out of state, I offered a non- refundable deposit of at least $1000.00 to hold my car for 4 days. Dealer countered saying they needed the amount paid in full, all sales final, without giving me the benefit to see or drive the car. They said the car was in such high demand they couldnt possibly hold the car for me. Their General Manager lost my sale by not taking my offer. Joke was on them because I arrived in California and continued to get phone calls and emails from the dealer that the car was still available! Their loss. In my opinion, this dealer does not know how to sell on Cars.com and needs to go back to taking out newspaper ads to get local buyers within 10 miles of their dealership.
