Just bought a used car from this dealer and the customer service I have received has been one of the worst very disappointed. That a huge. Company like tasca allows Their employees to treat customers so poorly. I picked my car on a Tuesday after work when I picked up we noticed that the rubber thats on the door to avoid water from coming in was hanging and I said can that get fixed before taking the car home the salesman said no worries take it and just bring it back in we will take care of it I took the car in good faith and now they are trying to make. Me pay for it saying its cosmetic and the warranty doesnt cover it. Well tasca you werent supposed to give me the car the way you did it should have been fully inspected and taken care of before. I also asked the salesman what kind of gas I should. Use and he told me to google it because he forgot the model he sold me!! Im still waiting for a manager to call me I doubt after all the bad customer service they will call!

Called my sales person, Jake Coyle, to report that part of the air intake box was missing from my 2016 Jeep Compass. Jake said to bring the car in and they would locate the part or order a new replacement part.When I arrived at the dealers Jake was out of the office at the time I arrived but the sale manager , Brain ,came over and talked to me about the problem. He came out to look at the car and looked at the missing part. He walked back into the office and came out with a set keys to another compass that was on the lot ,opened the hood and removed the need part, walked over to my cay and installed the replaced the need part. he said why should I have to wait for the new part . The car salesman made it a very easy process. The guy handling the loan was my best friend when he was explaining gap insurance and the additional warranty. As soon I said I wasnt interested, he turned into a completely different person. Started slamming papers and gave 1 word answers. It was an awkward 15 minutes of silence while he organized the loan paperwork. Also, good luck trying to get something fixed after the sale is complete.

This dealership made my recent buying experience as painless as it could be. Jeff barsky (my sales person) gave me his personal cell number even before I bought a car from him. I have used it about 10 times now. (I bet he regrets giving me his number) The first time was when I left some items in my trade in and even though the car had already been moved to a different location, Jeff drove over to retrieve these items after I called him. Anyway, great experience. And to top it off, a wheel bearing that went bad in my front wheel was replaced for free under the NINETY DAY bumper to bumper. NINETY DAYS!!! This place is great.

they list a single car for sale on line at 5 or so different dealerships, when you call they havent a clue to its whereabouts. Then they take your number call you back from a cellphone, and then you can never reach the same salesman again... Then you start the same process over again... All this for a car? then as Im calling around looking for the mystery salesman I ask what the doc. fee is... When the guy calls me back 8 hrs. later he tells me that the fee is over double the quoted number I was given.. When I question it, he said well thats that dealers fee, its different here?? Mind you they are all owned by the same group, but when you call and ask for the name of the salesman expect to spend about 2.5 hours trying to track them down... Keep the car.. There is no reason to pay a premium on there pricing for a sub par experience

First, please note that the service hours listed on their own website, as well as other sites are incorrect, as are the hours listed on their own door. This was our first experience visiting the dealership and using the on-line appointment scheduler, as they strongly encourage, my daughter scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have her AC checked late on a Friday afternoon. She was originally thinking it would be for next week and the only reason we scheduled that appointment was that the website suggested "6:02" as an "open" appointment time and the site said that that service was open until midnight. She checked it and it said that the appointment was accepted. We drove 25 minutes to Tasca, arriving at 5:50 and noted the door said they closed at 7:00. We went inside, only to be told they were closing at 6:00. Now I consider myself a reasonable person and had no expectations that the service guys would drop everything for us. What I objected to was the attitude of the service man at the desk. There was no apology or recognition of our inconvenience. When I noted the discrepancies in time, his reply was that there was "lots of old information everywhere," gesturing at the prices. He also said that he "was leaving in 8 minutes and had things to do." He scheduled an appointment for next week, which was fine, but failed to note until I asked that it would cost $100 to look at her AC, separate from any work that might need to be done. Again, I am not complaining because I couldnt get work done on a Friday night, or even because of the inconvenience. It was the unhelpful attitude and lack of caring about incorrect information that they present to their customers that made me write this review and will make us seek better service elsewhere.

The Seekonk and Cranston TASCA dealerships are awful--The mechanics are almost having a party in the service bays--laughing , smiling and having a great time with one another. I brought my car in on Saturday 28 March,2015 as the plastic inside the wheel wells was falling out as was the underside plastic that sits under the front of the car and dragging on the ground. I waited 1.5 hours to get my 2013 Mazda MV3 repaired. On Monday 2 March the same parts broke again-- the fasteners broke. I called the Dealership asked when I wanted to come in and I said: "Today, late afternoon", their reply was we dont have an opening and the "Quick" Service was very busy. I am not satisfied...if you wait to have your 2013 car, purchased from Tasca Cranston and still under warranty, repaired, and it breaks in 2 days, in the same spot, you should be moved to the top of the list for re-repair not to the bottom and you should receive an apology for sub- standard warranty work the first time. AVOID TASCA DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS--YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!!!

I had an awful experience trying to get my fusion repaired. Not only was the service manager disrespectful, he never fixed the problem. He wouldnt even allow me to replicate the problem with him. I hope no one ever goes through this type of experience with a dealership. When you are leasing a car you do not want to make a day of doing it. I had called before I arrived to get quotes and was fine with the price so I decided to stop in. They had quoted me on the wrong body style so I then had to spend 3+ hours there with my 3 year old just to sign for a car I did not even take home(car was coming from another dealership but paperwork had to be done right then..Sure). They over charged my debit card by $2200 which I had to get resolved and took 30 minutes of my time. I took the following day off to pick the car up and they never called me to say it was ready so I called them to learn it wasnt. Same thing occurred the next couple of days until I finally ask why we were waiting for the registration on a place switch. I then got a call from my salesman because he had seen a negative review posted on this site and was willing to offer me oil changes to take it off..(so they know my experience had been bad up to this point) The only problem was it wasnt me. After I got the car they then called me back because they had messed up the paperwork I had to sign the first day I was there so it would have to be done again. Good news was it was going to be cheaper. Does not make you feel like they know what they are doing though. I at least got someone to drive the paperwork to my place of employment so that I could sign it. They also only gave me one key when I picked up the car so I had asked about that the day after I picked the car up. He said he would make sure I got it when I picked up the new registration. My salesman ended up bring the paperwork and the registration to me but no key. As of today I still have no second key and no one was calling me about it either. Finally today they called and said they lost it and I would have to come by with the car so they can make another one. All of this is not the experience I am looking for when I lease a car. I e-mailed them on the 31st of August about my issues(some of which I did not list to fit due to character restrictions) because they sent me an e-mail saying to let them know if you werent satisfied. I guess they didnt care all that much because as of today I have heard nothing back.(which is why I am posting this review) If you have a lot of time on your hands, this is the place for you but if your time is more valuable than anything else I would not buy your car here. Drive the extra hour to another place. This was also my third purchase from a Tasca dealership so I am disappointed to see that means nothing.(I did mention this in my complaint e-mail to the company)

I brought my 2 year old Ford Focus with 20K miles on it in for repair. Do your research before buying a Focus. They have serious transmission issues. Mine had to be replaced after 20K miles of easy driving. They had my car for a week and there was virtually no communication. Apparently, all of the Tasca dealerships only have one tool between them to perform this repair. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday evening and they did not have the tool until Monday (the part had been there since Wednesday, mind you). My car was already in pieces, so I had no choice but to leave it there. I received no update for days - finally went there on Friday only to be told the mechanic was off for the weekend. I was never offered a loaner car - I had to ask for one. Upon return, the car was not washed or vacuumed and while the transmission issues have improved, they used the same flawed seals, which will eventually fail again. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service manager George does not return calls, seems totally unconcerned about the customer, and was generally ambivalent. I was left on hold and hung up on on several occasions. Take your business elsewhere and stay away from the Ford Focus. Mine was not the only one in that garage for a new transmission.

I leased my first car from Tasca in 2011. I loved the car, Eric made the process painless and the crew at Quicklane kept my oil changes quick and easy. My lease ran out this week and I returned to see what my options were. It was Erics day off so I was greeted and assisted by Bob DiPietro. Bob helped me turn in my leased Mazda and got me into a new Focus that I love even more than the Mazda. Ben in the finance office was also a great help, he made the process pretty seamless and his pleasant personality made the drudgery of paper signing a breeze. Average dealership if you have no problems with the vehicle. The service department is a joke. They stated they could not fix the problem (after I sat there for three hours) and I would need to take the brand new 2013 vehicle somewhere else and that none of the costs would be covered under warranty. The reason this was upsetting was I brought the car to Quirk Ford in Quincy and they were able to fix the issue at no cost to me in two hours.

After just purchasing a new vehicle for me at a different dealer, I must say the experience at Tasca was a welcome surprise. In the last 6 weeks, we had been to at least 12 different dealers, and were frequently turned off by the high pressure, back and forth discussions with the manager and continuous telephone calls to haunt us! The process at Tasca could not have been easier. The negotiations were right to the point and took a matter of a couple of minutes.....and after lots of research, and looking around, we felt that we got a very fair deal. Mike Gaisor was not only friendly and accommodating (spouse and I work nights and were quite exhausted), he made us feel that our family was important. I went there and met Mike Gaisor ... top notch salesman and the buying experience was nothing short of awesome. I saw a Lincoln for sale online at Tasca Seekonk (either on Cars.com or Aurotrader.com). I contacted Tasca and spoke with Eric Cambra. The online description was quite complete and accurate but Eric supplied additional information. Eric even took additional photos for me to highlight minor paint blemishes. I live 98 miles from Tasca, and I could not easily view the car unless I felt comfortable about an eventual purchase. I then went to view the car and was allowed to drive it home to show my wife., I was very satisfied with the extra service I received from Tasca and specifically from Eric Cambra. I purchased the car and we are enjoying the appearance and performance of a used 2010 Lincoln MKZ in as new condition. Dealing with Tasca and Eric Cambra was a pleasant experience.
