Took only 3 hours from test drive, trade in appraisal, found the right color, good price and completed all paper works and drove the new car home. Erich Tam guided us in a very professional manner. Got there at 5pm Saturday and they suppose to close at 6pm, but dealer staff wait all things are completed, never felt being pushed. WELL DONE, ERICH!
