I explained what I was looking for and they called me back within an hour and we made the deal. This was on Saturday and I couldnt make it in before Monday. I came to pick up the Certified Lincoln Navigator on Monday at 9;30 and I was on the road with my Navigator by 11:00. Last two Cadillacs I bought I was in the dealer for 5 and 6 hours. "2014 Ford Fusion"

Im a repeat customer of Ditschman and needed a new/used car. Originally I was looking at the Ford Focus. I was set to go with that until it was pointed out that my husbands wheelchair wouldnt fit in the trunk and carry 4 people in the car at the same time. Then I switched to the Fusion, which is very nice. I didnt want the white color (the Focus was a "white-white") and the Fusion is a more of a silver white. In the end, I bought the Fusion. I just wish the dealership had other colors other than white, red or black. A nice blue or green would have been lovely. Although I couldnt drive it off the lot that Saturday (my insurance company was closed), Shawn Howe delivered it to my door first thing on Monday. A wonderful Sales Rep, Shawn has my eternal thanks.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Ditschman. I typically dread the buying/leasing process. From the beginning, Aly Schulman was polite, thorough, honest and helpful. Although the dealership did not have the vehicle we desired on their lot, she took considerable time to locate a vehicle which they could acquire to meet our needs. Aly provided all of the information we requested and completely explained any items which we did not understand. It was very refreshing. Although most of our contact was with Aly, Paul Scheuing assisted us on the day we acquired the vehicle. "2013 Cpo Murano"

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Nissan Murano at Flemington Nissan on June 11, 2016. The sales person was Pete Puglia. Pete was very personable, knowledgeable about the product and, most importantly, was NOT PUSHY. So many car sales people are very pushy and dont know when to be quiet. When we took our test drive, Pete sat in the back seat and remained quiet unless we asked him a question. This added greatly to the test drive and let my wife and I discuss the car, the features and the ride - without the sales person interrupting with chatter. Chris Callahan did a good job in going through all of the financial aspects of the deal. It did seem to take quite a while, though, for him to put all the paperwork together, leaving us waiting at Petes desk while that was completed. We did have one disappointment with the process. Although the car is a beautiful car, it did have some stone chips in the front hood that we missed during our initial drive/inspection. This was, of course, our fault for missing those chips, but also because the car was not as clean as it might have been. Flemington Nissan did offer to do a touch up of the chips, but scheduling this was quite difficult due to their restrictions that it must be done on a Thursday and only when it doesnt rain (the work is done outside, on their lot). Eventually, we did get the paint chips addressed. Subsequent quality of that repair is considered "fair". I suspect well have to have further body work done on this in the future. Other than that glitch, weve been very happy with the car and the dealership.

Both sales and service. Some of these thing you can only determine over time, and since my last vehicle purchased here in 2012, Ditschman/Flemington has met or exceeded my expectations. A good business relationship is always a two-way street; if youre a civil and reasonable person, youll have no problem dealing with these folks. As for my sales rep, Kevin, he had a devil of a time tracking down the exact, precise car that this finicky customer was looking for... but he stuck with it, kept me informed and got me exactly what I wanted... even though it was in another state. Hes been very good with me and even after the sale has gone out of his way to make it clear that hes there for me if theres anything I need. So, Im happy with the price, the sales process, the product and from experience with my two previous Fords, happy with the service dept.

"2017 Escape - Best Buying Experience In Nj"

Coming into Ditschman/Flemington Ford - I was a bit jaded with prior experiences with car shopping. By the time I come into a dealership I am fairly certain with what I am looking for and it comes down to the final test drive and the negotiation. Previous experience of just the "total number" coming from the Sales Manager was the reason a prior upgrade never went anywhere and I was pleasantly surprised when the initial offer sheet had full numbers (including estimate tax, title, etc). Showing this level of detail is huge especially when I had an Excel spreadsheet that did the same thing already to know what I could financially do from a finance perspective. Even with 3 visits into the dealership - each visit went effectively and to the point. Manjula Biju did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and to keep me informed. With selecting the 2017 Escape - they are just off production so a vehicle had to be acquired from another dealership in order to get me the specific specifications I was looking for. Manjula was great at keeping me updated with the arrival of the vehicle at the ordering dealer and the transfer to Flemington. The only pain point I had was from the Business Manager who via email did not show the best customer service when I asked what name/address a Treasurers Check had to be made out as I was able to secure outside financing that beat the Ford and dealer local offer. But I will say that when I came to pickup the vehicle and sign the paperwork, Tony Kwak was a pleasure to work with. I plan to continue to use Ditschman/Flemington Ford for my service and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Ford. Great selection and a dealership that really was willing to work with the customer to get them the car they wanted! (Oh and go see Manjula!)
