Thees people call on my phone several times ,my appointment was at 7 pm and I reached by 6:50 pm. Nobody was available to handle the customer despite of appointment. I wasted 30 minutes in waiting and then People available said to talk to internet division and I left after 30 minutes. It was told to me over phone that SUV is available and Mr Puri said it is not available and internet department might have given incorrect information.

The sales person was new but good. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the starter. I took it back in and a young lady by the name of Stephanie in the service department was rude and dismissive. She most certainly should not be in customer service if she does not like working with people. I was told by the Sales Manager that the Service Manager would call me back - never heard from anyone. Service is EVERYTHING after you have bought the car. If they are unable to deliver in that area, they FAIL in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership.

We came to the Open Road Honda Dealership for the first time on March 30th to buy our new 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. We met Glenn Mislang (Assistant Sales Manager), who discussed with us Finance vs. Lease options and explained to us the car’s features and a Life-Time Protection. He stayed past hours to make sure all questions were answered. He patiently went with us step by step to resolve our concerns. We made our decision to purchase a car right there on spot. Glenns way of dealing with us was very respectful and pleasant (unlike our experience with some other dealerships). We were impressed by his knowledge and charisma. We immediately announced that we will be buying another car from this particular dealership next year. Glenn introduced us to Barbara Lee (Business manager). Barbara was a pleasure to work with too. Highly professional, a quick thinker, very accommodating and understanding. We returned to the Open Road Honda (Burnaby) again to pick up the car (after all 4 types of Protection were applied to it) the following Monday, April 3rd, 2017. We sat with Barbara to finalize our Application for a Car Loan with Honda, then were directed to Markus (Insurance Agent) and finally spent more than an hour with Tony - a Delivery Person (someone who makes sure a new owner knows all features before getting on the road). Tony was awesome too. In conclusion we would like to say that we loved Open Road Honda Dealership very much thanks to our encounter with Glenn Mislang. While purchasing in every moment I was getting feeling they are lieing with me, I did deal there only because I did payment/ credit check in advance and I didn’t want to spent time to go to another dealer and re do all activities again. While deal we decided a date on which I will take CAR delivery, the day was very precious to me and on the Delivery date afternoon I got call from Sales person and he told that the CAR which was allocated to me they Sold to someone by mistake. And they just said “sorry and we will call you once another call will be available which will take another 3-4 days”. This dealer doesn’t care about the people’s sentiments, when I was taking with Sales person he said we did mistake and we can do anything now to correct the mistake if you want Car we will call you once Car will be available. He was so rude. I had pathetic experience with dealer/ sales persons. Overall shopping experience is very Poor.

Had a couple of Great customer service experiences here in the last couple of weeks. GEORGE OTERO in Service was very helpful in getting my airbag fixed. He also provided a loaner CRV which was very nice. I will also say I had a great experience ordering parts with Blaine Johnson in the parts department. Exceptional service (10/10). Last Saturday my daughter, her husband and I met Jeffrey Gutland for the first time at the dealership. I come from all the way in PA, after spending approx 4 hours at the dealer with no answers I got "pre approved" only to be told to come back not the next day but two days later when the "salesman" was back. When I showed up two days later he couldnt even be our salesman so we got someone new, once again our credits were ran, BAD! Then what we were offered two days prior wasnt even what we could have truly gotten, but it wasnt until about three hours later that someone told us this. So two days, 1.5 hour trip each way, and after many hours of not even being acknowledged just left there like we didnt matter, we walked away with nothing. Not only the waste of time, gas, and effort for a few days but also rude people, very limited and rude answers. Will never go back there!!!!!

I have 2 bad experiences with the sales people. The first one was when we were looking for a Honda Odyssey. At first, the Asian guy was nice and accommodating. We already specified we wanted a silver Ex, but still he drove us to their lot to look for a silver Ex. After going back to the dealership and repeated that we wanted a silver EX, which they didnt have. He just dismissed us and wont even shake my outreached hand. The second one was when we bought the Honda Pilot. We changed our mind about the Odyssey. We made the mistake of buying the 10 years/100,000 miles warranty. And so the next day, we came back to return the warranty. Charles the financing agent said we just have to wait for 2 weeks and the money will go to the bank, as principal payment. It took 8 months, with frequent calling every 3 weeks, for the money to be paid back to us. From the $1200 price, we got back $1,105. The insuring agency said it was because it took 8 months for the dealership to cancel the insurance. I spoke with Rainer Balustro, manager of the dealership, to complain. He promised to give back $45 back as a check, the rest was to pay for cancellation fee. Of course, we never got that check. Crude

I went to the dealership for buying a pre-owned vehicle. First we couldnt make a deal and I walked out the door. Sales guy comes running behind me and agrees to my price and congratulates me for getting the car. All sounds GOOD right!! 1.5 hour later while waiting paperwork and stuff his manager comes around with a different price than what we agreed upon. He went back to their original price and didnt want to honor the price they agreed upon. Manager or the sales person didnt care about the commitment they made earlier. I walked out of there. If I see your advertised car online. If I send you correspondence to verify the car is still there. If you call me to confirm that it is and that I can see it in the morning. If I call in the morning to verify its still there. If Im on the highway and you again call to confirm my appointment. If I go through your showroom and get directed to a sales person. If I tell the salesperson the car that Im looking for, and he looks in the computer and confirmed that the car is there. Why then when I have to wait a half hour for someone else to confirm the car was sold the day before? Unacceptable.

Amazing service, great deal. Walked in for an 2015 model with a quoted price, was told they will try to match. Few hundred dollars more yes but got a 2016 model. Mikel khalil was my sales guy, no pressure, understood our rational for not getting the latest model and worked with us. The deal was made in less than an hour and an amazing one too ( confirmed by other dealers too) Financing guy Eli was profeshional and no hidden charges ;with 0.9 financing too ! i recently purchased a new car here. i usually come for service for my old 2004 accord. Very bad experience. There were two unapproved credit on my name so I ask them that do not check any other credit as I was going with finance option but still they check with various banks. Iric was person who did this. I got 4 letters for denial credit. they are doing bargaining very cheap like 5$, 10$ etc.... Please dont buy the cars from here.. Worst sales person Iric... He was giving feeling like I was defaulter. With other bank and other dealer I got best deal..... go with other dealers
