Worst experience ever. Had my Equinox there twice and still havent fixed problem and now my vehicle is damaged and they did not do what they said they did
"Avoid At All Costs!!!"
went to this dealership over a month ago. I was interested in hearing more about the Pull Ahead Program. The salesman talked to me about the program and told me he could get me into a new lease. I told him I would get back to him. Throughout the month I decided to finance instead and ended up back at the dealership. I went in and told him that I wanted to buy out my lease, as my bank did not give me enough to cover the buyout. He sat down with me and ran numbers for the lease buyout and getting into a Certified Pre-Owned. He gave me a price for both and the manager said the numbers were correct. I left and came back a couple hours later and told them I wanted the buyout. They quoted me $284 for the buyout as my monthly payment. I did the credit application and waited. About 2 hours later, I was told that the buyout would not work without money down. They also could not get me into the Pre-owned either. He looked into getting a new one for the same price of my current lease. Around 7pm, I had spent just about the entire day at the dealership to be told I could not do the buyout, Pre-owned, or new and had to wait until Monday to hear back from the banks about the approval. The salesman told me he would text me by lunch time on Monday. On Monday, I did not get a text by 1:30pm. I sent a text and was told he needed more time. I waited another hour and tried to reach out again. I ended up calling and getting told I would get a text in 10 minutes with a deal. 2 hours later, I received a text that the deal was $60 over what I was told. I wasted 2 whole days trying to get a deal done, and got nothing but the run around and over 10 credit inquiries. I was not able to get a car with the features I wanted for the price I needed. My best advice is dont waste your time dealing with this dealership. I had two others give me exact deals via email and gave me real estimates of what they could actually do for me instead of bringing me in and wasting my time.

I went to the service shop for my first car service to have the oil changed, the tires rotated and whatever else they had to do. My appointment was for 8:30am and I got there by about 8:05am. I did not leave the car service place until almost 10am! There were people who got there after me leaving before me, and when I spoke to the manager on the phone that my car was checked out at 9:37am which it was not 9:37am when I got in my car. I am NOT happy with this service.

Look here & buy elsewhere. Salesman, Adam, was disingenuous regarding delivery of offers to his manager. Manager refused to counter with anything larger than $100.00 Decrease in sales price when given a legitimate offer for a used car, 5 years old, and 100,000 miles. Why buy a used car where you cant bargain unless the inflated sticker price is what you want to pay?

Very disappointed in there sales department. I had put in a request for a certain vehicle. spoke with a sales person there and he said he would take care of everything. He had the vehicle for me. I drove an hour to get there and the vehicle was gone. They wasted my time. Would never purchase from there EVER..... Still waiting for the salesman to call me and apologize..... conveniently he had left for the day, when I got there. Worst service I have ever received from a dealership!!!!

I purchased my 2012 Chevy Equinox in July 2015, I had to bring it in a week after I purchased it for a noise in the brakes, they said it was rust and they cleared it off. noise went away I also asked to have my tire checked, it kept saying low, they said nothing wrong with the tire and reset the warning light, then the steering was making noise and light was on again for tire, they said it was the steering pump and said the tire was fine and reset the warning light again, within a week the steering was making so much noise I was afraid to drive it, they checked it and said I needed the steering column replaced, They ordered the parts and I brought my car back in again, after they fixed the steering column it was still making so much noise brought back again and they said their was air in the steering. Tire still not fixed warning light still coming on, I took my car to STS Tire and they pulled a nail out of the tire and plugged it, Its now fixed, Then my car started shaking when I would put my brakes on, brought it in and they said the had to replace rotors, I was charged for this $236.00. I only owned it for 4 months during all this. Im still hearing noise in the steering, So I guess I am not feeling good about the service I have received. I love my car but I haven;t felt comfortable with the mechanics of my car, I keep feeling like whats next and they told me my warranty is expired now, I thought my warranty was for longer then 6 months.

On the morning of 12/14/15, our Equinox started to show "check engine" light. Not able to call at 6:30am and try to make an appointment, we drove from Barnegat to Lakewood to see if the service department could work on our problem. Our Service Advisor,Keith Basile is off on Mondays, so we were assigned to Service Advisor 204 Robert Domolki. We couldnt be more pleased with Robert Domolki and the manner in which he attended to our service need. It is because of the caliber of people like Robert Domolki and Keith Basile that Pine Belt employs, that has had us as customers for the past 35 years. Please keep up the excellent work and attention to detail that are part of your work ethic.

The service dept. is great. Andy, my service rep. , is a pleasure to deal with. He takes the time to talk with the customer. The car is inspected prior to entering the shop, which makes me feel comfortable that it will come out the same way it went in. I have used Pinebelt for service and although I purchased the vehicle at another dealer Pinebelt has always made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Pinebelts Service Dept.

I showed up at the dealership (Pine Belt) on a Saturday morning around 10? My appointment was logged in but, did not fit the service hours. I was told they would get right on it. I arrived at the dealership and met with Michael Melendy. After explaining what model vehicle I was looking to lease, he went outside with me to the large lot full of vehicles. He showed me every one with the colors I liked. After I picked two I was interested in the most , he returned with the keys and I test drove them. In a short time I was sitting at a desk filling out the paperwork for my new vehicle. It was a very calm and relaxing process. Not at all like I have had over the years at other dealerships where you were sent from office to office where someone was trying to sell you more things to raise the price to a place you didnt want to be. Very happy with everything that day from salesman to when I drove out with the vehicle !!!

Worst dealership Ive ever been too. The sales guy was very nice but the rest of the dealership was horrible. The service department is the worst. I called with a question about my auto start before Thanksgiving, its almost Christmas and no call back yet. I called multiple people but no one will help. I was promised a rental car while they were fixing a problem with the radio that didnt work not even 24hrs after I bought the brand new car and they wouldnt give the rental to me so I had to walk home and had no way to get to work for a week after they promised me one. Wish I never went to this dealership. I only did out of convenience that I live close-I will never make that mistake again.
