"Two Day Flat Tire Fix, No Car Dropoff"

I got a flat tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Douglas Infiniti. I called before towing, to ensure they would be able to drop the car back to me when the repair work was done - as I have no way to get to the dealership. They assured me they would. TWO DAYS later, when they finally got around to fixing my flat tire, I was told that they would not be able to drop my car back, and that I would somehow have to come pick up the car. I reminded them of the commitment they had made when I had the car towed to them, and was told they would need to check with the manager. It took another DAY to check with the manager, whose response was that he would not even send one person to drop the car off, even if I offered to drive them back. I suggested they pay for my Uber, which was also rejected. I ended up paying more to Uber than the cost of the actual flat tire fix. I would never buy or service my car at Douglas Infiniti after this experience.
