Terrible terrible terrible service I bought new power wagon, in feb, 2 weeks later trans failed same thing just happened again, 7 months later , they pawned me off on paramus dodge , which has no loaner vehicles , 60k on new truck 2017 and I have no vehicle and they dont care, they also keep taking my reviews off ..

First Mike was excellent sales rep. he was very helpful and concerned what I wanted and did the best he could under the circumstances. Unfortunately Rich from Dodge(not a Dover employee) got involved in making the final deal with his imaginary extra money to take off price of vehicle. His memory is very short so get prices/deal in writing on Dover Dodge letterhead with his name, date & signature. Also, go shopping other places first, get other deals/offers in writing, if you decide to shop at Dover Dodge dont show them or tell them you went other places until after they give you their final price/deal. Never again will I buy a vehicle from here or use their repair/maint center.Do Not Buy Extended Warranty from any dealer, go online and buy directly from Chrysler and save $$$

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a long time and walked out of many dealerships due to salesmen who rubbed me the wrong way or just felt like they were telling me wrong information. Had what I thought was going to be an ugly problem (roof leak). The dealerships leak specialist solved the issue in 5 minutes. The guys at the desk couldnt have been nicer and the specialist more accommodating. The "fix" was so simple (for somebody who knows that they are doing) they did not charge me. Now theres a surprise in todays rip-off environment! Like Arnold says, "Ill be back!"

"Auto Body Repair"
I had the unfortunate need to use the auto body repair sevice this month when a deer jumped out in front of my new leased van, destroying the front of the van. Iafter arriving at the Dover Dodge Auto Body Shop I was greeted by Joey who quickly, compationately, assess my vans damage, assure that I was ok and make sure I was set up with a rental or ride home. I was offered refreshments and made comfortinle untill mt ride arrived. The work was performed quickly, and flawlessly, and as promissed a week later my van was finished, waahed and shined like it had just come off the floor. I was incouraged to call with any questions or concerns. After leaving the only problem that arrose was I had no dash lights. And no interior lights, of which after contacting Joey it was determined that it was simply the dimmer switch apparently had been turned off by accident. Other then that my only concern came about while driving the van the trans was running a bit rough and I though maybe I had torn a mount when the deer hit. On my scheadued oil change and tire rotation, I mentioned it to my mechanic; who tested and promply reviewed my concered; it turned out not to be a mount; but was the trans modulator that need to be adjusted: once adjusted the trans ran smoothly again; possibly being altered in the impact. Bottom line very happy with the service; professionalism at the Dover Dodge Auto Body as well as the Service Center. Also I wish to say how impressed I was at how well designed and built the front end was; that the frame work was so well designed that a dead center hit from this adult female deer destroyed my front of my car but kept me safe; as well as the frame of the vehicle sustained no damage; and Chrysler also incorperated extra frame work around the radiator - which I was totally amazed that it not only held up under the impact, but protected the radiator so I could actually drive it to the body shop with only minor fin damage.. Awesome job Crysler thank you for keeping me safe. And doing a professional job on the damage and being there for your customer from start to finish and beyond..
