I went to buy a new vehicle after being in a car accident. I was hesitant because I have bought many cars in my lifetime (I average a new car every 3-4 years) and it is always such a hassle and a game. Bryan Hughes was my salesman and it was immediately evident that he was quite knowledgeable about Subarus. After my test drive I wanted some time to think about it and told Bryan I wanted to grab some lunch. He didnt try to push me into anything, he just handed me his card and told me if I needed anything else to let him know. I was so impressed by this "un-salesman-like" behavior. (If anyone has ever tried to leave a car dealership you know what I mean!) I returned a couple of hours later and bought a Legacy. I only had to deal with Bryan, He did not bring in anyone to try to "close the sale". It was simple math. No one was playing games with me or trying to sell me more stuff than I needed. Got a very competitive price on a new 2017 Subaru Forester, with the right color and equipment. The car had to be obtained from another dealer as was delivered as promised. Dealing withthe company and its staff was very easy and relaced without any high pressure.

They sold me a smokers car without proper disclosure and refused to take it back. It smelled clean for 1 day! After that it smelled like a garbage dump. I had to sell it back to them at $3000 loss to get out of that bad deal!

I was searching for a great deal online, and I received a great quote through their website. It was a Friday evening before the Memorial Day weekend, and I live in Queens. I got to the dealership right before 8pm. The dealer, PJ was extremely helpful and patient. I took the car for a test drive and completed all the paperwork to lease the car. Although we finished way past the time these guys finish work, they never let me feel rushed. They answered all my questions and concerns and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted. This was the best and easiest car leasing experience I ever had. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a car.

I usually go into a dealer knowing exactly what I want, so Im the "easy" customer when it comes to choosing vehicles. Morton was very pleasant to work with, he was knowledgeable and didnt pressure me into anything I didnt want. He also showed me a few things I didnt know about the vehicle. Negotiations were easy and speedy as well, they were willing to work within my budget and there wasnt a lot of that going back and fourth which most people dislike. I will be coming back for my next vehicle, thats for sure. I did not rate the facility as they were doing some renovations at the time.
