I visited this dealership in search of a car. I was received by Arnaud Kegbe, he was so professional as he took his time to explain all I need to know about buying a car. He showed me different cars and the features and we test drove a few of them. Arnaud was attentive to my concerns and offered professional solutions which calmed my nerves. He went out of his way to make sure I left the dealership happier than when I came in. He knows his job and does it with smiles on his face. I will recommend Arnaud to anyone looking to have a happy buying experience.

"Simple Wiper Fix"
I come to this dealership for a simple wiper fix and prior to my arrival I scheduled an appointment for the fix. Figuring the fix would be very short, I decided to stay and let the staff know. Two hours later I go to service and the car hasnt even been brought in yet. Absolutely absurd that two hours after an appointment the car STILL hasnt been looked at. The staff is very out of it and do not pay attention to minor details.

I have bought 3 cars from dealerships so far and this by far was the easiest!!!!!! I was only there to test drive the cars because I had time constraints. I test drove 2 different models, traded my car in and got financed all with in 3 hours. That included getting the price I wanted!!! My reason for the trade was to lower my car payments. This was not the first dealership I visited that week. Another company could not lower my payment and offered me a lesser car than I had. Patrick Hughes, in Finance and Scott Wendling in Sales heard what I said and made it all happen painlessly, effortlessy and with in 3 hours. Weeks later I could not be happier with my purchase. I am a small business owner, so customer service is important to me and easily recognized. I would highly recommend Scott Wendling as the sales rep, and Patrick Hughes as the finance rep to work with. They will take the stress out of buying. Thank You to this dealership. Both are a true asset to your company.

I recently leased another Honda Civic from Dave Radice, making this the 4th in a row from him. He is an excellent salesmen and always goes above and beyond to get me the best deal in an honest and professional way. Ive even recommend family members to Dave, who have also leased more than one vehicle from him, and are always satisfied with the experience as well. To me, its worth the ride to Eatontown rather than go to the local dealer in my town, due to the way I get treated by Dave. He always has my best interested in mind, and never tries to put me in a car that I dont want or is above my means. On this current transaction, Dave had me in and out of the showroom, with my new car, in less than 90 minutes. He also helped transfer my gear from the car I was returning, into the new one. He also has a great knowledge of the vehicles, and never lets me leave without showing me how to work all the features. On a particular note, he always follows up with me to see how things are going, and if I ever have a problem with the car (which by the way is rare), he always solves them and gets me results. "New Car Lease Transmission Problem"
I was disappointed when my brand new Honda Civic had a transmission problem. I took it back to the dealer after 6 days so it could be repaired. This was shocking because Id had various Honda models over the course of 30 years and never needed a significant repair. The service manager, Steve at DCH Honda in Eatontown, NJ was A-MAZING! Steve put me in a rental car at their expense and did everything possible to fix my car and accommodate my never-ending questions. At times, I was a bit demanding due to the inconvenience, but Steves customer service skills were beyond perfection. He was patient and effective throughout the process. When my car was repaired with a new transmission, Steve went the extra mile by returning my car washed and ready to go. Although, I was upset that my new car had a big problem, Steve showed me nothing but the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to Sergio, my mechanic, who was excellent in assessing and resolving a difficult problem.

"Manager Very Unprofessional And A Complete Bully!"
I tent to DCH Kay Honda to buy a preowned car. My sales man, James, was a great guy. Very personable. He was wonderful. However after meeting his manager "Raf" I was completely dissatisfied with treatment he displayed toward my mother and myself. Raf told me that someone else wanted the car upon my return from my test drive before we even sat down to negotiate. He came out guns blazing and didnt even want to invite us to sit down to negotiate. My mechanic loved the car except the tires were original and were in need of replacement. I ask James about some sort of adjustment in price for my having to purchase four new tires. He asked the manager who came back and completely bullied me right out of the showroom. If Rafs delivery was more professional, I would have bought the car because I loved it and I would even have dealt with buying new tires. But his aggressive tone was so horrible, we just left. My mother had just bought a pre-owned car from Kay Honda a year prior and wasnt happy with the customer service then, but she thought my treatment would have been better since were repeat customers and give them the benefit of the doubt. But obviously it wasnt better customer service and all because of this horrible manager "Raf". I would never recommend Kay Honda to anyone because of this creep! I ended up going to BMW in Edison and was treated wonderfully! The moment we stepped in to the showroom, everyone treated us with kindness and respect as it should be! Shame on you "RAF"!

"Three Hours Too Long To Wait To Do Paperworl"
This the 3rd car we have purchased at this dealership, we purchased a car for my son, which should have been a happy occasion, turned into a 3 hour wait to do the paperwork for car that was a cash deal and no trade in involved. No ever came up to us and said we are gonna be awhile, maybe grab lunch or if want leave a deposit and come back on Monday. When we got with the finance guy I jokingly said do we get $50.00 off for the wait, which he got defensive and asked if I ever bought a car before. I explained we had other things to do beside to here for 3 hours and no one bothered to let us know it would be such a long wait. His response to me "enough" at this point I found the Manager who then talked to the unprofessional finance guy and basically forced him to apologize which he did to my husband not me. We was offered a free oil which this was not about a free anything but rather basic lack of customer service and communication. I declined the free oil change and in three months when the CRV has to get turned in . The next car t will not be a Honda. If you have free Saturday to waste this would be the place to go, I would suggest to bring lunch also you will be awhile.

Lets say youre searching for a specific car. In my case, I was looking for a 2016 Accord coupe EX in black w/ 6 spd transmission. Theyre not easy to find. Nobody wants a stick anymore. So you contact 5 Honda dealers. You tell them what youre looking for and you wait ... Every dealer promises the world, but only one dealer scores 5 out of 5 ... That dealer goes out to find the car and brings it in That dealer gives you an unbeatable price. That dealer makes the transaction simple. That dealer preps the car exactly to your specs That dealer has the most professional staff I could go on, but let me assure you, this is the ONLY place to buy a Honda, period. Scott Wendling helped me last month in December in the purchase of my new 2016 Civic. He tried to also get a good deal for my sister at that time, but unfortunately she didnt leave with a car. But Scott said he would keep an eye out, and yesterday he called us and got us an awesome deal on a 2015 civic for my sister. The transaction was smooth, although we did have to wait a long time for financing to do their thing ( i believe they were having some system issues). But other then that, we are very happy with our experience, and will definitely come back and recommend these guys.

I had a Toyota Highlander that I was looking to trade in. I had numerous issues with the vehicle so I was not sold on buying another Toyota. I did consider a few models but was not impressed. I had had a Honda Accord back in the 90s and so I decided to look at Honda again. I wanted specific features for my next vehicle but was concerned about the financial commitment for a lot of the newest vehicles on the market. The client representative who greeted us at the dealer was Steve Simon. He was confident, knowledgeable, patient, not overly aggressive!! and listened to what I was looking for in a new car. He advised me on the different models and years and explained the lease/financed options. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Honda has a very good reputation and they stand behind their products. I purchased a 2014 pre-certified CR-V AWD with 20,600 miles and have been very pleased with the car thus far.
