I never expected to purchase a BMW - I know that sounds crazy but its true. I walked in and fell in love with the car - the price, the low/no pressure attitude of the sales people, the car was in perfect shape with very low miles. Couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience.

I met with and worked with Michael. My boyfriend and I had been through a horrible experience with our last car and dealing with a shady dealer (dealership went out of business) and all the woes that come with it. I explained this to Mike and he listened and understood my concerns. I was looking for honesty, and good communication even if it meant I didnt walk end up with a car. He didnt push himself on me to sell a car. We discussed what I was looking for in a car and what my choices were narrowed down to. I already had a pre-approval through Capital One. I went one week just to talk and browse and the next week we test drove a dew different cars . He was patient and open, and wanted to make sure I would be completely happy with any car I chose. I never felt forced to make a decision. The financial part also went smoothly. Needless to say, I ended up with my 2014 528i and in my favorite color (blue). It was a previous lease with 1 owner, and the miles were great. Mike even showed me the service record on the car to explain why it was Certified Pre-Owned. I have had my car for about 1 week now but I am absolutely in Love! Of course, Im still learning the buttons and functions but I Love my car! Thanks again Mike and team for making this a great experience for me purchasing My first luxury car.

Usually one expects a hassle at any used car dealer... well that was definitely not our experience. We are new to the BMW family. We viewed the car on cars.com, met with Paul, who was knowledgeable, courteous, and has integrity. I bought my 2013 pre owned x5 at the Freehold location although I looked at circle BMW first. They didnt have the pre owned I was looking for at the time. Recently I experienced condensation in the car and brought it to circle BMW for service. Sun roof leak, both rear doors and the rear taillight was leaking. The cost to repair ( not covered under warranty) was $3000.00!! Robert Heydorn, the customer service rep who assisted me told me it was very unusual for the types of leaks the truck had especially for a truck of only 4 years. He said they would present this case to reps about the situation and see if they could get some money back. Robert was awesome to deal with. He kept me posted throughout the repairs( informed me about every detail) and I was refunded more than half the amount!! Excellent customer service from the start to finish!! Thank you!!

I was looking for a low mileage courtesy vehicle. A 2016 328i x drive sedan in a particular color combination and options. I searched the internet for days. Stopped in to look at 2015 5 Series. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted and proceeded to look through their whole inventory. Mario Lisi was very patient with me and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Ultimately decided to go with a 528i which I absolutely love! Mario worked with me to get me the price I wanted and walked out of there about 45 minutes later with my new car!!

I recently purchased a BMW X4 from Circle BMW. My Client Advisor was Danielle Weinstein who was a pleasure to work with! Danielle was the ultimate professional who made the process easy and a pleasure. No stress here. I also decided to take the BMW Performance Delivery at the plant in South Carolina which ended up being the experience of a lifetime. Danielle kept me informed as my car was being built and made the arrangements for a delivery time that was most convenient for me. She made sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was prepared. She took care of all of the documentation and New Jersey motor vehicle requirements to take delivery well ahead of time. Arriving the night before, BMW had arranged for a night at the local Marriott with dinner and breakfast included. The hotel staff picked me up at the airport in a BMW X5, it was all first class. The next day included a few hours on the performance track with driving instructors (way cool!), a factory tour, an off road driving experience, lunch and finally the delivery of my car in a glass room with a Product and Delivery Support Specialist. He spent hours going over each feature of the vehicle and only let me drive off once I had no other questions. I broke the car in driving back to New Jersey along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. What a way to get acquainted with my new vehicle. If you are considering a BMW, stop and go see Danielle at Circle BMW and get behind the wheel. It was a great decision for me, and I am sure it will be for you too!

Although I have purchased several cars from Circle, my current car (a CPO) was purchased from another dealer some distance away who happened to have the car I was looking for. My car recently needed service (tires damaged by potholes) so I made an appointment with Brian Raiken at Circle and he really took great care of me. The car actually needed quite a bit of additional work primarily because of factory-authorized updates and Brian carefully and completely outlined the whole process. When the work was done and I picked up the car, Brian carefully went over the entire invoice and all the work that had been done. Brian is a really great service advisor and I would recommend him and the Circle team wholeheartedly.
