We visited DCH Paramus this past monday night at 8pm and were greeted by Roberto Severino. He patiently showed my wife and I the HRV and CRV which we were looking to choose from and he even took us for a test drive with both even though they closed at 9pm. Roberto took time explaining all the features with a no pressure approach and stayed with us until 9:45pm. We left without buying the car as we were still not sure which one to go with but Roberto made this a great experience as well as providing a good price and we will return to DCH Paramus to finalize the purchase with Robertos help as well as recommend others to your dealership. That day we went to 2 other Honda dealerships where i was very disappointed and discouraged, it seemed like i knew more about the car than the sales people did, they didnt really care about what i wanted, and they were not really helpful, they were just trying to sell. When i went to DCH Paramus Honda it was totally different experience. Paramus Honda is a top-flight dealership. The staff is terrific, from sales to service. They go out of their way to be helpful. Its the reason we keep going back to buy and lease our cars. Recently we got a good lease deal on a new Civic. Although they could not secure the exact car we were hoping for, they were able to get our second choice. You need to do a little homework ahead of time, but you will likely find that DCH will provide the best price to purchase or calculate your lease deal. Its probably the reason why they are the highest volume Honda dealer in NJ. Also, they somehow found a way to shorten the duration of the leasing process. We noticed a marked difference from the last time we leased. We cant say enough about the sales rep we worked with, Hamad Deeb. The man is professional, honest, respectful, and friendly, everything youd hope to find in a car sales person. He knows his products and is diligent in his effort to work toward a reasonable and fair deal. We have worked with him in the past and hope to continue to do so in the future. "Buyer Beware"

I purchased my car from this dealership on July 18th. I reside in NY so I was given a temporary registration that expires 2 days from now. I do not have my permanent plates or registration. The dealership not only is unwilling to renew the registration, they have now told me 6 times that its perfectly ok for me to keep driving the car after the temp expires, which is appalling, not true and very illegal. There were other smaller issues with the purchase, including a refund they owe for accessories that I am not having installed that I still have not received. They also seem to not know how to handle wire transfers for down payments and the general managers do not care to call you back. Terrible purchasing experience. They have great prices but in the end, its just not worth the aggravation. This purchase occurred 18 days ago and its still not done. Come Monday morning, I will not be able to legally drive my car.

The buying process was fine. After I bought the car, the guy who sold me the car avoided my cars when it came to getting the title. I called and called. He called me back and hung up. Some of the staff were beyond rude as well. Im going back to nanuet to by my next vehicle.

I got a fantastic deal and had the keys in my hand in under three hours. I stopped into Honda to possibly test drive the new Honda Civic LX. I came in at 3:30 just to LOOK at a Civic. By 6pm the keys were in my hand. Juan Tamayo was super helpful and had a great sense of humor which took off some of the pressure one experiences during car shopping/negotiating. He was willing to get me a car that suited my needs and I didnt feel like he was selling but sharing insight with me. Best experience ever with one of the best car companies. This was my third time returning to the DCH Paramus Honda dealership and I must say I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. I was dreading returning my leased Honda Accord sport to the dealership because I knew I did not have an extra couple thousand dollars to put down to start a new lease. I even extended my lease an extra year to remain at the same low monthly amount. That turned out to be unnecessary and Ill tell you why. Hamad Deeb a client advisor at DCH Paramus Honda really came through for me, in a way I didnt know was even possible. When Hamad learned of my lack of funds to use as a down payment toward a new lease , he did everything in his power to help me acquire a new 2017 Honda Accord! Not only did I not have to but down a substantial amount of money but he included my first months payment , tax and other registration fees into what I paid. I was able to stay at the same low monthly payment that I had had from my previous lease (which I told him was crucial for me to have). He even managed to increase my annual mileage allowance to 15,000 a year with no hesitation, I couldnt believe it. With all of these amazing options and offers, how could I refuse!! He was extremely patient while I contacted my insurance company and updated my new vehicle info and he made sure everything was in order so I could drive off the lot with my new car on that very same day. It was an amazing customer service experience and Im loving new Honda Accord Sport! Im so grateful and will definitely be returning to DCH Paramus Honda in 3 years when my lease has expires.
