I was interested in a vehicle they had on their lot. They didnt have any photos posted so I reached out and asked for a few (it was a used car). I do not live close so I didnt want to drive all the way to the dealership if its not what Im looking for. FOUR times I received a generic email back about needing my phone number. I explained each time that I do not need a phone call - I was just looking for pictures of the vehicle. Nothing. That left a very poor first impression.

Horrific experience! From start to finish. Made an appointment 1week in advance. Brought the car 7am. Couldnt get an estimate in 1,5 days. Couldnt reach service adviser for 2 days. Tried 3text messages, 6 phone calls, No replies. The estimate i got was on the phone, and cwhen i insist the estimate was handwritten with no explanation of what is wrong or what work to be done. Estimate on the phone was "little less than $1,000 including tax" , i paid $1,066 with tax. Im not a guy who write comments on the internet about a company or call the company headquarters to complain, but this experience was a complete disaster.

He talked to me as if we were old buddies or acquaintances and that was refashion to hear over the phone. So long story short I drove an hour and a half to little Ferry NJ to see the vehicle I wanted. Lee and I went over pricing 100% hassle free and he worked a lot of deals out for me! In a couple hours I had the vehicle I wanted and didnt feel dirty either! Thank you Teteorboro and David Lee. My family and I will be buying a car from there again!!
