Bobby from Sales was nice, courteous and very pleasant to work with. Overall everything was excellent except for the fact that the sales presentation should have included more details on the lease. Didnt become aware of the extra mileage rate and options for different miles per year and corresponding lease costs until after seeing Sam from Finance.
