I have purchased 4 Mazdas and 3 from this dealership. I went in a couple of nights ago to purchase my 5th Mazda and was really discouraged by how far this dealership and customer service has gone down hill. I just returned a leased Mazda vehicle and was going to trade in my CX 5 for an upgrade to a CX 9. Never once did someone say thank you for your repeat business or loyalty or anything and when I said that I was not trading in for a new car was basically ignored. Then for the upgrade vehicle they showed me the first quote on the CX-9, they gave me full blown MSRP w/o taking into account any factory incentives or discounts listed on your website. When asked why, I was told that (1) this is how we do business and (2) we didnt realize we were a repeat customer. Here is what they were doing: 1. Keeping the monthly as high as possible so I can feel like I get a better deal after haggling. 2. Burying additional money into the trade so they can make some more money 3. Insulting a repeat customer who has been a loyal Mazda owner for the past 6 years 4. Expecting people cant do basic math on the fly 5. Giving every customer in the door a sleazy, grimy feeling about their experience there. Here is what they should be doing: 1. Treat the customer with respect 2. Actually do a little research and figure out if you purchased the vehicle there before (I had even bought one off the same salesman I had) 3. Give a fair and honest price up front I hate wasting time and in fact, I hate wasting time writing this review but maybe just maybe if you change a little bit and focus on the customer again instead of just pure volume you would get your integrity back. Update: Talked to the manager and would give me the price I "wanted". Its not about price, just make an attempt to care about the customer. This may not be my last Mazda but it will be my last one from Wayne Mazda.

My experience at Wayne Mazda was excellent. Peter Ibrahim was my sales consultant and was easy to work with. He listened to and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured or pushed in a direction I didnt want to go, including on my initial visit that was just for a test drive and nothing more. There was no high intensity "what can I do to put you in a new car today" nonsense. The negotiation process for the new car and my trade-in was not contentious. A little back-and-forth was all that was needed to reach an agreement and finalize the sale. Jesus in the finance department was equally easy to work with. Buying a new car should always be this simple and stress free. Highly recommend this dealership over others in northern NJ.

I leased car from this dealership and it was OK experience. But today when I went with my friend to make another deal it was such disappointment. Seles manager Shawn Memetow acted with such attitudes that made us very disappointed. We were trying to make deal and asked for $10 of the price. He told us that he will check and walked back to speak to someone. When he came back he threw paper on the table and said: "deal is off, you see what happens when you ask for more ". We were stunt. After this I spoke with Seles manager Louis Stinger and did not get better service. Outcome is that we are going to return our lease once is done and never go back to Mazda Wayne. And it will be less likely that we are going to recommend that place to any of our friends.

This is my second time leasing a car from Wayne Mazda. Dont bother shopping around. Ive done it for you. They are the best. Ive shopped around twice and went back to them twice. Will and his team met my requirements and price point and did it all with a smile. Great dealership.
