Had an excellent experience with Dorothy, She responded quickly to both phone calls as well as emails. She took her time when answering any questions I had. When I picked up the vehicle she went through all the features of the car with me, set up app on my phone, synced with car, made sure all was working. When I got home I immediately noticed a tiny paint chip on back bumper, I called and it was taken care of immediately the next day. Full repair, beautiful job at the body shop. Also thank you to Maria, she gave me a nice Lincoln folder to keep all my papers together.

I called days beforehand to let them know Id be coming from out of town to look at a vehicle. Robin & Francesca made sure I received a call the day prior, to let me know the vehicle was still available. At arrival, the receptionist was pleasant & Dorothy helped me view, drive, and purchase the vehicle. While my new vehicle was being washed/prepared, another sales gentleman saw I had been there several hours so he offered to check on the status. They had also fixed a minor brake issue, which took a little longer. I didnt trade the vehicle I drove there, as they didnt offer what I was looking for, and wanted to leave it there for 2 days. The service dept was great they drove it didnt hear it but didnt return the car they evaluated and drove it a few times and were able to diagnosis the problem adn repair it. I had a bubble in my front tire. I was nervous about getting a blow out. I called the service department. Barbara was very accommodating and scheduled me for the following morning. She transferred me to Stephanie who arranged for a valet to pick up my Lincoln and leave me with a complimentary loaner vehicle. The valet, Tony was prompt and very nice. My service advisor called me with updates during the day. My car was returned the following day and washed. Excellent service!

From the moment I entered the service department I was treated like family! They greeted me, explained the services theyll be doing on my car and then offered a loaner for me. I chose to wait at the facility and catch up on reading with a coffee. Lincoln of Wayne had my scheduled arrival on a large TV screen in the reception area that tracks the service and wait time. My sales person "Buzz" stopped by to say hello and see if there was anything I needed, the system lets him know when his client is in for a service visit. So far my MKZ has been a great car choice and the dealership experience has been very satisfying.

My Lincoln app alerted me that my battery was low. That morning at 7:30am I attempted to start the car and it was in fact dead. I called roadside assistance and within an hour I had a jump and was on my way to the dealership. By 10:30am they had determined the vehicle needed service and I was given a loaner. Kept the loaner for 2 days and when my vehicle was ready a valet came to my home with my vehicle. The service was excellent. Lincoln made an otherwise stressful situation painless. I rely on my vehicle daily and Lincoln service was so convenient and the loaner gave me piece of mind. Very happy and am recommending to all looking for a new vehicle.

I know Service Dept. thought I was nuts complaining about EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE every morning upon starting car and backing up. I did as was suggested....warm up car and hit brakes several times. DID NOT HELP. Brought to Service Center and though I was told nothing was wrong....something??? had to have been done. No longer noise.
