I spent about 4 hours at Ramsey Infiniti and ended up purchasing a G37X on 4th of July, 2017 . The managers and sales person were friendly and professional. The two minor issues I have come across with the car so far are: The passengers seat has a minor yellow stain The floor mats were very dirty and I had to be purchase new ones. Considering that I purchased a premium certified pre-owned vehicle, the floor mats should have been either new or thoroughly cleaned.

I recently purchased a certified M37 from Ramsey Infiniti, let me start off by saying I visited a few other dealers before I got to Ramsey and they by far had the best selection to choose from. After visiting other dealers and seeing the shape of there "Certified Vehicles" I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice Ramseys certified cars were. The Pre-Owned Manager definitely takes pride in the vehicles on his lot. When I arrived I met with Willy who was very nice and knowledgeable, since I knew what I was looking for he showed me a few M37s and didnt pressure me at all. After we agreed on a price I met with Mike in finance who made me feel comfortable about the whole financing process, as this was my first car purchase and I have heard horror stories. He definitely knew what he was talking about when it came to the different warranty options. There are some sales consultants that will put on a suit and will try to sale a vehicle to you without having any knowledge about the vehicle that youre interested in or the brand itself. During my search for a car to replace my 350Z, I fortunately found Ramsey Infiniti. A spectacular auto dealership (and yes they still do exist). Here is my review. Buying a car can be a daunting, stressful and often frustrating experience. We have all been there and experienced the lack of transparency, suspicious quality/nature of auto sales people and their integrity. If you want to easily turn that into a new refreshing, comfortable (you will see this word often) one, go to Ramsey Infiniti on Route 17 South in Bergen County. Here you will find knowledgeable sales consultants such as Alex and General Sales Manager Kahlid. Both are remarkably trustworthy and are truly auto centric car people. They “get it†and go beyond your expectations in making the new auto acquisition process into a comfortable (I told you that you would see this word again) one the way it was and is supposed to be. I know, because I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan that has/had a few car companies. I know the business. I visited Ramsey Infiniti two weeks ago in search of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) specific car to replace mine. They had the vehicle in stock as advertised online. This in itself was a great starting point, so that minimized the normal dealership concerns. I test drove the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with it. Certified Pre-owned vehicles are not new of course, but I learned how Ramsey Infiniti selects the best ones. I found that to be true for the car I was considering buying. They took the time to share their knowledge of the CPO business, how it worked and what I could expect when buying this car. The complete vehicle documentation was there and more. This was comforting (again the word). While on my visits to the dealership, I interacted with numerous sales, finance and customer service representatives. Each and every one was helpful to a fault, knowledgeable, responsive to my needs and all participated in a very, very friendly (comfortable) way to assist me with my purchase. For those looking for a Certified Pre-owned car, I highly recommend getting the “Wrap†program. You might see this as an additional and unnecessary cost that adds to your total out of pocket spending, but it isn’t. When you bring the car home, use the electronics, sunroof, power everything and many other features you’ll see how a few of those electronics and motors can quickly produce a very significant and costly repair bill. Get the “Wrap†and you’ll get peace of mind. Just do it and you’ll be glad you did. Remember, it’s not the price; it’s the value that counts. Ramsey Infiniti is your “Go To†place for a new or Certified Pre-Owned car. I know because I shopped the competitors. The other auto dealer’s response was lacking and often non-existent. There won’t be any “Buyers Regret†when you buy from Ramsey Infiniti. I was in search of a New G37X to replace my 2003 G35. After looking at other dealerships and comparing the prices for a brand new lease, I decided to go with Ramsey Infiniti. Once arriving at the dealership to get my trade in appraisal and check out the New 2013 G37X, I was referred to Mathew as my salesperson. He was extremely polite always asking if I would like any water or coffee. He automatically had the Sales Manager inspect my 2003 G35 for trade in while we took the 2013 G37X for a test drive. Once I test drove the car I knew it was for me. The handling and the smooth quiet ride was outstanding along with the incredible power of the 3.7 liter 328 Horsepower Engine. After the test drive we went back in the dealership to talk about the price. The first difference from the other dealerships was the price. At the other dealership they wanted $2500 down, at Ramsey they only needed $999 down. Second was the other dealership wanted to give $1000 less for my trade then the $1000 more that Ramsey gave for my trade. I was able to pick my 2013 G37X with my Silver and Black color combo right off the showroom floor. If your in need for a New or used Infiniti I would definitely recommend you see Mathew at Ramsey Infiniti. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I had a great experience buying a new QX60 and becoming a new Infiniti customer. Ralph Keller was our salesman and he was very helpful in assisting us with what fits my familys needs best. We have 2 11 year old kids and one 7 year old and my wife was looking for a sporty driving crossover/suv while having luxury. After considering the GMC Acadia, Q7, Lexus, Land Rover, etc...we are very pleased and really love our new QX60. Reason for my review and going out of my way to write this is that Khalid, sales manager, and Ralph (our salesman) really closed the deal for us to buy from Ramsey - they were not high pressure, and we didnt have to fight for a good deal - they gave us a very fair offer from the beginning and agreed on a price within 30 minutes. In the past I have sat in dealership for hours and walked out unsatisfied - that was far from our experience with these guys. They are good people and would recommend them to family and friends.

After purchasing numerous vehicles here I will no longer buy here or Infiniti.. They serviced my car and never fixed the problem after months of returning there. Now out of warranty by just days they claim to know the problem and want over $1,000 to fix it...Infiniti is of no help either even their own rep at their main customer service office cant believe Infiniti wont do anything... Dont buy Infiniti or buy elsewhere. They fall apart after 4 years and only 32,000 miles.....

I went to a few dealerships around northern jersey gmc to look at a 2011/2012 denali went to Cadillac of Mahwah, to look at the escolade, and at the Tahoe ltz. the denali didnt have a great interior, nice exterior, dont like how the 3rd row doesnt fold down all the way. The Tahoe same thing, and the escolade nice but overpriced and the dealership was rude. Went to ramsey infiniti and met up with Willy the salesman. The dealership is clean, the staff all ask if you need help or you need something. Willy is very professional and honest. I have been in and out of vehicles in the past 5 years, Mercedes ml and just out of the range rover hse. The infinity qx56 with the new body style blew all the other trucks away in comfort styling and interior! Im very happy with the sales and finance dept went quick and smooth. if your in the market for a suv with a 3rd row I def would go see willy at ramsey infiniti in ramsey nj! A+ dealership trust me!! I was in the market for a new Infiniti and went to my local dealer Ramsey Infiniti to check out the G37x lease. When I got there I was greeted by Matthew and right from the beginning he was very friendly and knew his product. He gave me a great tutorial on the car and took me on a long test drive. He was very upfront about the car and the numbers , he even knew more about the competition then the other salesman of there own cars (BMW, AUDI) I left the dealer impressed and wanted to research the car some more before I leased. In the process of my research I got calls and emails from other dealers and one dealer ( i will not mention names) Gave me a price that was about $1000 less so I had to go check it out. When I got to the other dealer the whole story changed and I got the run around (they said they priced the car with loyalty when I specifically told them I did not have a Infiniti). I went back to Ramsey the next day and picked up my car and LOVE it. I would highly recommend Ramsey Infiniti and Matthew to anyone wanting a Infiniti but does not want to play games. When something sounds to good to be true it probably is.. They even gave me my 1st year of service for free, and you never expect anything extra after closing the deal!!!

Went shopping for a new JX to replace my MDX. The ease of use of the third row was the biggest selling point. The price was a little higher than the MDX but offered a lot more technology, along with being a new style while the MDX has yet to change in 6 years. Have driven about 3500 miles very happy. Came in through their website department and was directed to JD sales manager , JD introduced me to Wendy, very knowledgeable, negotiation was easy, their first number was strong compared with other dealerships. Service so far has been easy to deal with , and have only needed my first oil change.
