I have purchased 3 lexus cars from prestige. Today was a horrible experience that I was shocked about. I was greeted professionally by a salesman as ususal, but it went downhill since. I tried out a car and loved it. It was my problem I did not bring the car I wanted to trade in, so all I wanted was a ballpark figure and was happily going to return later with the other vehicle. I was assured I would get a return call and I was called back twice with many missing questions unanswered. Finally after being told by the salesman he would immediately get back to me it was well over an hour and I called him back because I needed time to return to the dealership.When I got him on the phone the answer was they were so busy! Then he said, "congratulations, you can have the car!" He then gave me a quote 25% higher than he knew I could afford. In the past, they were never too busy for me and I never got the run around. I then checked the exact car I wanted on there website......it is $2,000 LESS online! I have sent several customers to them in the past. I feel if there were too busy for me, did not answer simple questions I asked, gave me an outrageous price and I found the car I wanted online for less money, then they do not need my business. I am very disappointed!

I brought in my car for replacing the passenger side airbag . I was told that it would take about 4-5 hours and that a loaner car would be made available for me . . It was a 2017 Lexus . The customer service rep. told me to call late in the afternoon and he would let me know the cars status . When I called , Iwas told that the car would be ready the next day . It was and the car had been washed and cleaned

We are elderly and depend on our Lexus 24/7. After an unexpected flat tire and emergency repair, we drove to the Ramsey, NJ Lexus dealer. All the tires needed replaced. Unfortunately the rim condition and faulty stems prevented good seals and we had a series of flats. We experienced "on the spot" examination and repair. Our service representative, Ms. Cindy Jados, was especially helpful and courteous and expediated all our service requests.

"I Have To Eat My Last Review Of This Dealership."
Took my car in for routine oil change and to inspect an issue with my brakes. Jeff and the staff did an excellent job getting me into a loner, keeping me informed of the process and exploring whether my warranty would cover the repairs. Turns out my extended warranty would have covered the repairs were it not for Lexus picking up the tab due to a service alert. I was most impressed with the absence of any attempts to upsell me on any unneeded repairs (a pet peeve of mine) and with the Lexus brand standing behind their product without a hassle . The same has been true of the last two times I have taken my car in to this dealer for service or a warranty issue. The lexus premium extended warrantee has certainly been a good purchase and this dealership has definitely redeemed itself with me.

I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager, Emilio Rampone who along with Nick Manzi, Samantha Pelletier and Natily Martinez were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to finalize my purchase on the phone with Emilio and Nick and they took care of all of the coordination. I came from Nassau County on Long Island and Nick picked me up from train station and brought me to the dealership. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and Samantha provided the finest customer acquisition experience I have ever had. I am happy with my purchase experience at Prestige. The (salesman) Brad was honest, professional, no pressure, and well informed. Finance was quick to bypass the typical finance room gimmicks once they realized that I too was well informed. I quickly recommended a friend who is also happy with his purchasing experience at prestige. However, my encounters with the service department have been less than stellar. 1st visit: rear woofer speaker not working. They told me it was. They were wrong. 2nd: I recently scheduled to have my low beam head lamp replaced and was quoted $600, lied to that the entire front bumper had to be removed, and stated that it would be at least a 3 hour job. They also tried to up-sell me on replacing the other side as it would save me money in labor since the bumper would already be off. Total estimate $750, plus tax, and I’d have to leave my car for a day or two because they are backed up. (in all honesty I was dying to drive a loner :-). I got on the google machine, bought the bulb myself ($175)> Armed soley with a flathead screwdriver and a 10mm socket, 30 minutes later the lord said, “Let there be light.†I would imagine a Lexus technician would have done the job in 10 minutes (not 3 hours!!!) without putting down his coffee. That is downright dishonest. Im not a mechanic, but I know my way around cars. Safe to say my front bumper never needed removing and the internet was full of Lexus owners with a similar experience. Next time I go to prestige Lexus will be to upgrade my Lexus.

I had an extremely unusual situation with my car. It broke down and extensive damage occurred. Walter Kossik, the service manager, was with me the whole way through the total repair. Fortunately, I had extended coverage but they did not want to cover it. Walter fought for me, as well as Prestige standing behind the car I purchased from them. In the end, my car was totally repaired with no cost to me and no inconvenience as I had a loner car the whole time. We found the perfect Certified Pre-Owned GS on cars.com. The car was located two hours and 45 minutes from our home. I spoke to Bon Koo on the phone and he assured me that the car was perfect and we took his word and traveled up to see the car. Bon and his finance team of Scott and Jeff worked hard to get us the deal that we wanted with an extended warranty. The thing we liked best was when we got there late in the evening, the car was exactly as Bon had promised and the whole process was quick and easy. We took the car for a test drive and came back and very quickly and efficiently, we did our deal and they got us back on the road since we had a long ride home. I cant thank Bon and Scott and Jeff enough for the great service and ease of the transaction. Also, the dealership itself is very nice and all the staff from the receptionists to the men in the delivery area were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Prestige and Bon Koo for when you buy your Lexus.

Bought a certified Lexus from Rayt Catena in Freehold 3 months ago. Wonderful experience....sadly car was totaled after only 3 months. Looked around and found a car at Prestige...Worst Lexus Dealer I could have found. Called them up because I saw they had a car I liked. I also saw the same car in Long Island at a good price with lower miles. Both dealers are far from me in Central Jersey. Talked to Elgin at Prestige and he said he could do better on the price, comparable to other dealer. Asked about the wheel and tire warranty, he was not sure about how long the coverage was for or the price, but he went to ask. Told him I was leaving now and gave him my phone number. Got to dealer, Elgin says car was sold ten minutes after I called. Said he tried to call me but I never got any message or phone call. Asked the receptionist to see a manager and she Elgin was a manager...so I wanted to see his boss. She came back without him and told us that these things happen...no manager would see us. They just let us walk out...no Im sorry, lets sit down and see what else we have. We drove over an hour there and an hour back with my wife still in pain from the head on collision that totaled her car. Never go to a Prestige dealer again.

Avoid this dealership. They sell Certified LEMONS of Lexus. We bought a certified lexus out of state and sight unseen, and have to depend of the WORDS/PROMISES of Steve but it turned out to be bad. Their after sales attitude were terrible, so was their excessive charges for out of state license fees. In addition, the car came with Brake Vibration but unfortunately that was not covered under Lexus Certified Warranty. The car was on their lot over 6 months unsold. When asked why, Steve said "absolutely nothing wrong. Perfectly Beautiful like new, and I have personally gone out inspecting it". We did contract a company to test drive before buying and shipped to us. It took less than 2 days (about 36 hours) for the car to arrive at our driveway after leaving Prestige dealership. 2 things we noticed immediately. (1) A 1-inch long narrow rust next to the side mirror. (2) Lots of chips at the hood, looked pretty ugly but luckily no rusts there. So its quite UGLY should we say, compared to the "perfectly beautiful like new" claim and lies of Steve. But the RUST on the side mirror really turns us off. We call Steve immediately and he had the typical after-sales BAD attitude, and claim the rust was caused by Shipping company and we should file claims against that company!!! Wow! Steve! we told him basic science says RUST never not develop in 36 hours, especially rust like that. And Steve turned around blaming us the customers for not properly inspecting it with the Test Drive company we contracted earlier. Wow Steve! What an attitude, After-Sales?!! I have to drill all the way up to Lexus Corporate to find someone to pull a string for another inspection at my local very reputable Lexus dealership. The service manager of 20 years also could not identify the rusted spot after 2 attempts, and I had to point it out for him. He agreed that rusted spot must be there for at least 2 MONTHS. Yes, 2 Months minimum or probably even YEARS he said, due to the quality built of lexus against rust. Lexus Corporate finally agreed to absorb the charges on the repair of the rusted spot and a losen rear-view mirror. We specifically asked about the license plate processing duration and fees TWICE since we were at different state. Steve said the charges would be the same as our local DMV. But guess what? (1) Prestige sent the license plate processing to a different company in our state that charges us Doubling fees of DMV. Well, Steve, I guess that must be your brother-in-law huh? (2) And due to the mailing of to-and-fro of license plate, we received the final plate 3 days after our temporary plate had expired. We stick to our own integrity of not getting a rented car (as agreed on Prestige expense) as we did not need a car during that 3 days. But we did have to pay excessive fees to the sister-company of Prestige to process a license plate, and of course Steve did not have the integrity to reply back to us about this excessive fees and his promises. Avoid Prestige Lexus. They sell Certified Lemon .
