I was shopping for a new car and I went and visited Route 23 Honda. This was the third dealership I had visited. I met with David Yoon a great sales rep who knows the cars inside out. David with Dimitri the sales manager made the process so easy and painless that I was impressed and surprised how smooth everything went. I would purchase again from this dealership. The staff is experienced and friendly. Thank you Route 23 Honda.

Cars battery died, and I called the dealer since I got the current battery there that contains the 100 month warranty. The representative on the phone said that I just need to bring the battery and they will replace it. I took out the battery and drove over in a different car. When I exited the car with the battery in hand, a sales representative comments "need a new battery? why not a new car?" I assume the comment came out as a jest, but it just came off a little rude. So I bring the battery into the parts department, since thats probably where the replacements happen. Before even taking our information, the parts representative told me I need to bring it to the service department, before even taking our information. He looks me up, and just replies, "yeah, you need to bring it to service department." Thats fine, I bring it over to the service department, and the first person at the corner was on the phone. He looks at me, and goes back to the phone. After his phone call, he does not even talk to me and walks away from his desk while he helps another customer who has their car in their care. I proceed to the next representative, and I told her I need a replacement battery. She keeps correcting me, "so you need a new battery." Looks me up again, says that the 3 year warranty expired in January. I asked her what the prorated price is, since there was a 100 month limited warranty (which she never brings up). She takes a paper out and says I would have to pay 40% without telling me the price. I ask her the price, and she finally says the price without labor. I say okay, I would do it, and she proceeds to tell me I would need to bring my car in. I told her I brought the battery since that is what the representative on the phone said, and she comments, "I dont know who you talked to, but you need to bring your car in." I said I cant since the car didnt start, and another representative next to her yells over, "you need to jump start or tow it in." I asked the representative how long the wait is for service, and she says "Its two hours right now, but that could change when you bring it in," while giving a very insincere smile. I proceed to leave after this comment. It was one of the most rude experiences Ive had at a dealership. The only nice person was the cashier whole smiled as I passed by that department, and the other five that I encountered gave me a sense of their entitlement. They used to have friendly and caring representatives, but I guess that changed since the last time I came.

During the last few months I had been shopping for a new Honda. Because I work long hours, I was doing this via phone calls and emails. Three other Honda dealers in the area gladly dealt with me over the phone and follow up emails. After calling Rt23, they insisted I come in saying they would not quote over the phone. They said if I did come in they would beat any price by $300. Finally, I went in and found it to be the typical fast talking sales pitch. When I finally told the sales mgr my price from another dealer, he said "they lying to you". I finally walked out knowing I would never do business here even if they met the price. I went to another dealer the next day and got the price he said they were lying about, and the customer service and sales were great. I wont mention the other dealer because this comment is about Rt23 Honda, not its competition. Shop around and dont waste your time at Rt23 Honda.

I wrote a 5 star review before I realized how crappy of service they actually provide. After I had purchased the car from David Yoon, I didnt receive a call back for my plates until 2 days before my temp tags were going to expire. He said that the plates were not ready and that I would have no choice but to come in on June 13th (The last day of temp tags) to pick them up. He also waited until the last minute to ask for proof of insurance, something that he should have already had, as he SOLD me the car. I picked up the plates and when someone came out to help put them on, he gave me the worst attitude. I will never recommend Route 23 Honda or David Yoon, as they are un-professional and un-timely. They want your money, but no follow up and a waste of my time.

Purchased a 2017 Honda CRV here. Our salesperson was David Yoon and he was fantastic - not the pushy sleazy salespeople you normally see. He definitely is looking out for your best interest. At first we had an issue with Hector, where he told us we needed to purchase the Etching and we didnt want it. Wound up walking out and later getting a call from them when they were willing to work with us. We later dealt with Luis who was very good. Overall I couldnt have asked for much more from a dealership.

Excellent Service and Professional Atmosphere! Regis, was my Service Advisor, and Justin the Support Tech that worked on my 2004 CRV today - 7/14/16. Both went "over-and-above" in taking care of my service concerns and could not have been more helpful. They listened to my issues and even had Justin ride with me to try and reproduce the problem. After all was "said and done" the service performed was perfect, and the price very fair. I was thinking of purchasing a Chevy Colorado, but the service at Rt23 Honda has me now looking at a new Ridgeline.
