I bought my Ford Edge here but NEVER again will I buy a car here. I went for an oil change and decided to wait for it to be done. After being there for 2hours, I went to the Receptionist to find out whats going on and why this is taking so long. I was told basically not to bother and that everyone there is new and no one knows whats going on. STAY away from this location --

Allen Saltz and Liccardi Ford is the only for dealer I will go to! They are super and my family has been going there for many years! I currently drive a 2017 Ford Edge SEL. They have been exceptional at taking care of my vehicle. Theres only one person who works on my vehicle since its a high-performance vehicle. I previously reviewed the service department positively, and now can add my impression of the sales team. I wound up buying a new Ford Edge - unexpectedly - when Allen Saltz got me such a great deal it convinced me to buy this over Sedan which i was supposed to be buying. There was no pressure, no drama, no "let me get my manager to tell you why you would think this is such a good deal for you, if only you were a little brighter and knew about GUY stuff like cars..." Sales manager, and the finance team who ties up the loose ends at the end, are professional, empathetic and fair. At the end of the day, i understand they need to make a little money on the deal, and they understand I need to make a deal that wont leave me upside down in my car two years from now. Plus, when the paperwork ran late they let me bring my wife and our golden retriever inside to wait. The dog had a blast and everyone there is a dog lover - BIG plus in my book! They are a great team who works together cohesively and I wouldnt go to anywhere else but there!

"Help Like No Other"
I am a disabled veteran and a working middle class citizen. I had basically zero credit and could not get any financing and really needed a set of wheels. When I came into Liccardi Ford they of course frowned at the idea of giving me a set of keys and let me be on my way with one of their Fords; nevertheless they came through, got me the financing and at last I can drive in a really nice Ford Mustang that my budget would allow for. I could not thank you enough. With that in mind, I would recommend Liccardi Ford to anyone interested in a new or used car. On the flip side of that coin, Allen: I still need my tags!

With so many dealerships to choose from, it takes a while to find the right one. I finally found it. The people at Liccardi are awesome. There was no nonsense and getting my new car was painless. I couldnt be happier with my choice in dealerships. I have a Lincoln dealer 10 minutes from my house, but chose Liccardi which is almost an hour away. The service is worth it! I brought my car in for scheduled service (oil change etc). The service department was excellent. They made it easy to schedule my appointment(at the time I wanted) and were very friendly. The manager (Mike) actually came out to give me an update on the status of car and now much longer it would be. He was very friendly and made me feel that my car was being taken care of like it was his own. Great experience!

Liccardi replaced two tires on my Lincoln MKZ. They were very courteous and provided me with all information, including cost, prior to beginning work. The tires were in stock, however, I thought it would take less than the 2-1/2 hours to do this work. I am always satisfied with Liccardis service and will continue to use them for my car.

I was amazed at the level of attention to my needs and desires in ny new auto purchase. 5 hours for an oil change and 4 tires. Should have went to a tire chain store. No excuses. Service is always slow. Make an appointment for an oil change and it still takes 90 minutes. Need to get their act together.

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I located a vehicle on Cars.com and went to Liccardi Ford the next day to see the vehicle in person. The test drive went well and the salesman was nice enough. The problem came when we sat down to talk numbers. Mind you, this was probably the easiest sale theyve had in quite a while. I did not have a trade and had already pre-arranged financing before coming to the dealer. I gave the salesman my price which he took to his manager. He returned a few minutes later with the original price quoted on Cars.com and ADDED several thousand dollars to the price on Cars. com for "dealer prep" and an "online ad fee". I thought it was a joke. The salesman told me that the vehicles are listed online for a price to entice people to come into the showroom. When the salesman told me he was serious, I told him we were done and walked out. Needless to say, my salesman and another salesman followed me to my car trying to calm me down. The second salesman tried telling me that there was a disclaimer about the online ad fee on Cars.com but he eventually admitted there wasnt. He also said that vehicles are listed for a separate price online than they are on the lot (there was no other price on the vehicle on the lot which was verified by the first salesman). I refused to go back inside but was willing to give them another chance. The second salesman came back a few minutes later. He returned with a price higher than the price listed on Cars.com but lower than the original outlandishness. I expressed concerns about possible warped brake rotors and the lack of vehicle cleanliness. Ultimately, I purchased the vehicle for the price listed on Cars. com but they refused to work on the brakes without any additional money. With my experience thus far with them, I didnt trust they would actually do the job anyway. I arranged to take delivery approx. 5 hours later. The salesman stated he would make sure the lack of vehicle cleanliness was taken care of. As expected the car wasnt ready when I returned. The salesman brought it out approx. 20 minutes later. Not only was there a greasy chemical overspray on the passengers door but they never even removed the sticky tree sap from the tailgate that I had shown him before. The salesman took the vehicle back to have it cleaned again. He returned a short time later with the greasy overspray gone and the tree sap removed but the condition was still less than impressive (Ill admit I am picky about how clean I keep my cars). I left with the vehicle. The following week while on vacation, I got a call from the salesman indicating my registration plates were at the dealership and awaiting the bank check. After I returned from vacation, I took the bank check to the dealership expecting to pick up my plates. I was then told that the plates would be mailed to my home after the processing had been completed. I asked to speak with a manager about the whole buying experience. I spoke with a manager who told me hed only been with the company for 6 weeks. I explained the whole ordeal listed above. He admitted that the prices listed online are to entice people to come to the dealership! His response was that the online ad fee is listed on their internal website but not on Cars.com. As for the "dealer prep" fee, he claimed that was a certification process. Another lie. You cant certify a vehicle for a brand that your dealership does not sell new. When I challenged him with that, he then claimed it was an upgraded dealer warranty. I took the vehicle to my mechanic to get the required inspection only to find out it needed all new brakes. The front brakes were at 3/32 and the rears were at 4/32 (2/32 is the minimum to pass inspection). Guess Im buying new brakes. If you call the dealership, the message touts their "customer service". Ha! What a load of crap!!!!

The guys told me it was my throttle body and if I want to wait they will fix it with in 25 mins ! I didnt have any appointments and I didnt call ahead they took me right in ! I did most of my research and price and model shopping on the Internet. I corresponded with Linda and Peggy in the Internet Sales Group and they deserve the majority of the credit. I dont like the silly back and forth of the archaic price negotiation process. I made up my mind, with the helpfulness of Linda and Peggy, visited the dealer and was done with the entire process in less than 2 hours, and that included a 30 minute test drive. I was comfortable with my final price and would revisit the dealer again.
