My first experience with Brogan was terrible! Its pretty bad when youre willing to buy an expensive car and they cant take the time to write you back with answers to your questions!

I come in here a few times a year for maintenance. Visually, it looks like a luxury dealer should. Nice lounge area. Cool showroom. Service area is nice too. Its the details that give this place a "fair" rating. Takes too long for work to be done. Complimentary amenities such as food in the lounge (donuts, bagels, coffee) are kept at a minimum. Their merchandise room is barren. Its basically just hats and polos. Also, most people who work here dont smile. It seems like some of the workers are stressed and dont want to be here. Im comparing this Cadillac dealer to my wifes Lincoln dealer and a friends Lexus dealer. Visually its the same standard. Again its the details. The lounge areas had an abundance of complimentary food and drinks. The merchandise section had everything from mugs, to different colored key fobs, books, pens, key chains, jewelry, note pads, sun glasses, Lincoln and Lexus hot wheels, and more. The workers seemed genuinely happy to be there. I come to Brogan because its close to where I live. As a luxury car dealer, I wish it would offer luxury amenities. When I go to Lincoln it doesnt feel like Im in a Ford dealer and when I go to Lexus it doesnt feel like Im at a Toyota dealer. A Cadillac dealer shouldnt feel like a Chevy dealer. Fix the details and you will keep me as a loyal Cadillac customer. If not, I can definitely see myself going over to Lincoln, Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, and the other luxury brands out there. The luxury car experience doesnt stop with the car, it extends to every facet of the brand. Make this Cadillac dealer a place where the customer feels like they brought into the luxury car experience, and not just a car.

I had my cts in for service recently and was thrilled at the customer service from the service department, and from the especially helpful salesperson, Anthony, who was very knowledgeable and went over some options for buying a new or pre-owned one. I am always blown away by the care I get from the whole team at Brogan cadillac, no one should even think of going anywhere else for buying or servicing their cadillac!

Recently just leased an New 2015 SRX and so far my experience has been great. Mervin my sales rep listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me get exactly what I wanted for great price. He also introduced me to Ron who works in the service center. Both gentlemen know exactly what top service is. I, myself work where guest service is a top priority. The dealership was determined to figure out and fix the problem with my car. there was a terrible noise in the front end steering when I turned the wheel to back into my driveway and when parking. GM suggested replacing the steering rack which as of now seems to have been the answer. it has only been a few days since I received my car back so time will tell.

I was able to get an appointment to cover all my issues on a Saturday with I truly appreciated. The only issue was that they were short handed in spite of making all the appointments. Tony moved like lightning and kept things moving to accommodate the customers. Unfortunately the mechanic needed to speak to a tech support person for one of my issues, but they are unavailable on Saturdays. There should always be a person on call for issues that arise. I have brought the car numerous times for this issue so now I must bring it back again during the week.
