I just purchased a new CR-V EX-L, and I couldnt have been happier with the experience I had at Paul Miller. Their price, which I got online prior to my visit, was well below all other local dealerships, and was extremely competitive based on prices paid for the same vehicle based on Truecar.com statistics. I almost expected there to be some sort of hitch when I showed up, but the staff happily honored the quote. Hakan was friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to work with. And he knew the car and its features cold. The staff there were transparent in their pricing for my trade-in, and showed a lot of care throughout the whole process. And the car is fantastic! I came to Paul Miller a few weeks ago looking to replace my older vehicle I was selling. I was interested in the Honda Civic EX Turbo. I walked in on a busy Saturday and Jose assisted me. He was very pleasant and friendly. He explained to me the different Civic options and took the time to show me all the features and benefits of this car. He was honest with me and was not pushy at all. We took a test drive with him and told him we werent sure yet if we were settling on the Civic. He wasnt pushy at all and didnt try to change our opinions. We told him we would be in touch and he had followed up with us. That alone showed us he truly cared about us, the customers! We came back to Paul Miller about a week later to close the deal. Jose was willing to work with us and was nothing short of extraordinary. And they are really serious about customer care, politeness, professionalism and transparency of making any buying experience pleasant. My sales professional Jose Velasquez was extremely knowledgable and courteous to first ride me in the vehicle I was interested in and then given me a fair deal. It was Pilot, hard to find in stock as theyve re-designed 2016 model entirely. And especially Ive bad experience during my shopping around with other reputable central jersey dealers but Paul Miller truly holds value and branding started with positive commitment since 1976. I purchased a Honda CRV from Paul Miller Audi,when the transaction was completed and I took ownership of the auto,I was not given,by the dealership,pertinent information that I needed,pertaining to my car loan. I called Paul Millers finance department,several times over the next two weeks,requesting the contact information of the leading institution, the loan number, and the payment schedule,but they did not have any answers. They called me,after much insistence on my part,and stated the they would soon have the information I had been requesting, and that the first payment of the loan, would not be due for several weeks,yet when,on my own,I contacted the Leander, I was informed that I was already two days late,on my first payment. The service I received was very poor,and unfortunately, I can not recommend them.

We love Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell. Weve been going to this dealership for years. It was pure luck (divine intervention) that our first Honda-CRV was purchased with sales consultant, Lou Gentile. This is a man who knows how to sell well, calmly, attentively and with an attuned ear to what the customer really wants in a car.. Period. The sales process with Lou, from our very first lease/purchase many years ago to our most recent lease renewal (another Honda-CRV) a couple of weeks ago is always smooth, easy and relatively painless. Now of course, it helps that we love Honda automobiles (that the engineering of the vehicle is the priority, that we never have to worry about repairs, safety, etc.), but its the effortless process with Lou Gentile that keeps us coming back time and again. Whats more, my husband and I and our family had moved to California after the lease of our 2011 Honda CRV. It had been almost five years since Lou had laid eyes on us. Yet, the moment we walked into the dealership in West Caldwell, Lou recognized us and remembered our whole story. After getting internet quotes on a new 2015 Odyssey EX-L from several Honda dealers in my area, I decided to visit Paul Miller since they were very up front with their pricing. The other dealers were reluctant to give me a true out the door price even after multiple requests. Ive done my research on the true market value and all fees involved so when Ralph Pagano emailed me a price quote, I setup an appointment to visit the dealership 3 days later. I visited the dealership with my wife and 2 kids in July of 2015. Shortly upon arrival we were greeted by Lou Gentile. He made the entire buying experience stress and pressure free. It is no wonder he has several sales awards hanging behind his desk. My wife and I test drove an Odyssey EX-L and Lou explained all the features including technological ones like bluetooth smart phone connectivity. We (kids included) were very pleased with the ride and features of the Odyssey. Lou checked the inventory and had an EX-L in our desired color so we made a deal and purchased the vehicle the same day. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and would highly recommend Paul Miller Honda and especially recommend Lou Gentile. Two weeks after purchase in August 2015 we drove our new Odyssey to Disney World and back. Six months earlier, we rented a 2015 Sienna and did the same drive. We were initially on the fence choosing between the Odyssey and the Sienna but after driving both I can say that the Odyssey handles much better and gets noticeably better gas mileage. The Sienna feels bulkier and sways a bit while switch lanes when the cargo area is fully packed. The Odysseys suspension feels much tighter and cruising at 75-80 down i95 in a 70 speed zone feels effortless. In rainy conditions I felt much more confident with the Odysseys handling and a little uneasy with the Sienna.
