This was a regular service visit for my Rav4 and I was very pleasantly surprised by the new facilities at Toyota of Stamford. Check in took place in a clean, shiny valet service area, out of the weather, and I went straight from there to the desk, where Emanuel Paiz efficiently and courteously ran through the details for the service, before showing me into the bright, spacious new waiting room, where I purchased a coffee at the impressive coffee bar and settled down to watch TV and do some reading. I was so comfortable that time passed quickly and Emanuel was soon back to collect me, advise me of what the check-up on the car had revealed and what had been done. Then he escorted me to the car - once again parked in the valet area - and I was happily on my way.

My Service technician - Ken Sherwood - was absolutely flawless. Having been involved - off and on - with auto service for well over 60 years, this guy takes the award. He was patient (I am pretty old), sympathetic (A lot of money for this repair), explanatory so that even I understood (Mouse nest in the engine feeding on wires) and totally understanding of my frustraions. Gave me a ride back to my home and when there was a further ocmplication on their end gave me a loaner car.

Benji Buckles couldnt have been more helpful in helping find a particular trim of 4Runner that interested me. After test-driving a model similar to one that interested me it was pretty clear that I would be wrestling between two different models.
