Less than 3 years after I bought my car from Stamford Ford the paint started peeling off the hood. Ford and this dealership refused to fix the problem which is a manufacturing defect. I recommend you dont buy a Ford from this dealership unless you want a car with paint falling off it a couple of years later.

My experience with Stamford Ford Lincoln was great. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen and was nervous about doing so but I wanted to work with a dealer I could trust. The online reviews were great and they were not wrong. My salesperson P.J. Uva was phenomenal. Since I was coming from Long Island I was nervous about purchasing in Connecticut but P.J. took all of the worry out of the transaction. He let me put a refundable deposit on the used Ford F250 and if I did not like I could walk away. When I saw and drove the truck I wanted it and the purchase was completed quickly by the finance staff. All of the NY plates were taken care of and it was a quick and easy experience. I am very happy with my purchase and with Stamford Ford.

I would like to take this time to Thank Stamford Ford Lincoln for the outstanding job they did on my purchase of a 2014 Audi A8L. I locating this vehicle online and called to see the story of the vehicle. I dealt with PJ who gave me all the information and history of the vehicle. I decided to buy the vehicle but told PJ I would need to fly into Stamford Ct since I am a little over a 1000 miles away. With a few emails and text pictures we were able to get the paperwork done. I booked a flight out of St Louis and was met at the airport by Junior who drove me to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as described and the processing at the dealership went fast and smooth. Junior helped me set up the i phone and navigation and I was set to go. This vehicle purchase went smooth, no pressure and even after having to take a plane out to Stamford Ct and driving back the final price saved me thousands of dollars over vehicles that I found closer to my residence. Once again, "Thank You" for a great deal and a great car.

I knew I wanted an Explorer when I came to Stamford Ford Lincoln, but my salesman, Kenny, took the time to parse the differences in the models. I thought I wanted a Limited, but fell in love with a Sport! We took it for a spin, even though the dealership was about to close, and that sealed the deal. I needed to take delivery quickly as a family trip was scheduled and Kenny and Gus, the manager, got it done, no problem. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and most of all, professional. While looking for a great deal on a pre-owned Lincoln, I came a cross a listing for Stamford Ford Lincoln. Even though Im coming from New Jersey, it was such a great deal that I thought it was worth contacting them for more information. I received a prompt response from a salesman named Rich Spelling letting me know that the car was still available and that hed be happy to set up a time to meet. I headed up to Stamford and was warmly greeted at the front desk. He introduced me to Rich, who was quite friendly and welcoming. We discussed the car, the features, the warranty, and so forth. He knew everything detail about the car and offered me a test drive. We went out on the road and I found that the car was everything he had told me - and more! He walked (ok, drove) me through the features, we drove out on the highway as well as local roads, and we chatted the entire ride. He was so personable that it actually felt like i was visiting an old friend and we were there catching up. Within the first few minutes of the drive I was sold on the car, so we headed back to his office and started the paperwork. I returned this week to pick up the car and met with Rich again. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely professional and organized. Im very impressed with the dealership and hope to have the opportunity to work with Rich again in the future.

At Stamford Ford Lincoln I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The pre-owned sales staff here is second to none. After having a terrible experience at an Acura dealership in NJ, I found myself driving to Stamford Ford Lincoln from eastern Long Island with the hopes of finding the exact vehicle Id been seeking for weeks. The 2014 Acura I was looking for was simply immaculate just as Marco from pre-owned sales, and Debra of the customer service department had said it was. Marco had even emailed me several high res photos of the vehicle prior to my 70 mile trip to the dealership, because I had expressed my concerns and how neurotic I am. Neil the Used Sales Manager and the business management members at Stamford ford were also excellent in providing all of the info and streamlining the buying process, all the while not being pushy and overwhelming.
