Greenwich Honda has always been great to work with. They are consistently super friendly and knowledgeable, and make it a pleasure to visit for sales or service. Last week, however, they completely outdid themselves. I stopped by after work because my key was not working correctly. Even though they were on their way out they made me feel totally welcome. They stayed made sure that my small but time-consuming issue was fixed correctly and that I was safe before leaving for the day. I cant thank them enough!!!

Went to Greenwich Honda interested in trading in my 2014 CRV for either a 2017 Civic or new CRV and was immediately greeted by PJ Singh and we couldnt have been happier with the experience. We came in on a Sunday and after talking to PJ we test drove both cars and decided we liked the Civic best but still wanted to do some comparison shopping. We were not at all pressured to stay and buy right then. During the following week we also emailed and talked to Deaisha who was super helpful and responsive to my endless questions. We returned to Greenwich Honda a week later and after one more test drive the decision was made and PJ took care of everything from there.

Where do I start? I dont know as I have so much to say. I was referred to PJ Singh by my mentors. Going through the process of buying a used car is scary and exhausting. I read so many bad stories that I was concerned about becoming one. But, my mentors said "oh well, weve known PJ for years and he is trustworthy, and we never had any problem with the car he recommended. He will find you something". I felt reassured, contacted PJ and immediately, we connected. What a relief for me at that point. Then came the hard part. How do you go to a dealer and say that you have no money, but you need a great car. I did it and, to my surprise, it did not affected the way PJ treated with me. To the contrary, I felt an even stronger desire from PJ to find the best car possible for me. As we discussed, I saw someone who was thinking more from my prospective, than that of a seller. He showed understanding, dedication, and professionalism. If beyond that, you want a person with life experience, who can see things the way there are for you, dont look any further. PJ will be your advocate through the entire process. He was mine and made sure I had answers to all my questions. The tone of my interactions with the rest of Greenwich Honda team was set that interaction with PJs as he stood as the middle man. Overall, I started my new job as a medical resident with a perfect car because of PJ. At every step, he was reassuring. I will never forget his demeanor, kindness, understanding, professionalism, and life experience-related advises. This episode will stay with me forever. Today, I considered him more a friend rather than a salesman. I know where I will go when my wife is ready for her car, and where and to who I will referred my friends in the future. Thank you PJ.

My husband called this dealership in the morning...we were there at 12 noon... by 200 pm we were driving home in our new Honda Odyssey. Everybody here was courteous and very professional from the manager to the agent and to the finance manager. Upon arrival in the dealership, the manager greeted us and introduced us to Donald----Donald was awesome! He answered all our questions--- he was very knowledgable and honest. After test driving the Honda Odyssey, we were sure it was the car we wanted! We spent few more minutes with Donald and waited about 30 minutes for the credit check and went to the back to finalize the deal with the finance manager-- I could not believe everything went so smoothly!! I stopped in at this dealer and another dealer to compare pricing on two Pre-owned Pilots I was interested in. Donald was very aware of all the small features that car has and was very at tentative to me. The other Honda dealer has a nicer facility but the car had worn out tires and the sales person had lost the keys after I drove about 45 minutes after calling them to schedule a test drive. Luckily I had no issues like that at Greenwich Honda. Donald gave me a great price and Lou in Finance had me approved quickly even though I had a recent hiccup on my credit. I was overall very pleased and say this was a better experience than my last car purchase when I bought a Subaru. My wife and I recently went to the Honda dealer in Greenwich, and we were kind of lost not knowing exactly what we wanted since we had one kid and another one was on the way. We wanted a car that is efficient on fuel, spacious, stable and easy to drive. A good friend of mine recommended to go see Mr. Martin. I have to say the knowledge and the customer service he presented to us was beyond expectation.
