Had a great experience at Toyota of Greenwich. Mike and Bobby were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process seamless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Facility is a little tight but the service makes up for the tight quarters. Before my visit the sales rep asked a lot of questions to get the right model, color, etc. before I got there. Went out of their way to pick me up at the MetroNorth station and on a Friday night helped me quickly get the financing, transfer insurance coverage and register the vehicle/plates. All this attention for an entry level car - a 2017 Corolla LE. Car is great for my needs as far as going to the train station and running errands. Roomy cabin, a lot of great safety features that come standard, as well as a good electronics system for a connected car experience. First time buying a Toyota.

This is my second car, a used Mini Cooper S. I saw an online advertisement of this car, called the dealership and was connected with David Sullivan from sales whom I have had the pleasure to do the business. I was indeed a pleasure to have met him and the entire process of getting to see the car to finalizing the deal and taking the car home the same day - in just a couple of hours ! Never pushing, all relevant documents readily made available, arranging for the finance to getting the registration done . . . its been smooth as it can be ! My best car buying experience yet. Between me and my close knit of friends we have purchased 6 cars in total (2 Nissan, 1 Toyota, 2 Honda, 1 Mini). This has been the best buying experience thus far. Highly recommended.

I had bought a Prius from Toyota of Greenwich in 2005, loved it but after 150,000 time to get a new one. Bought a 2017 Prius Prime--able to order everything I wanted, car ready for pick-up in less than a week. Totally satisfied.

"Easy First Time Purchase"

Being a first time car buyer I was definitely nervous coming into the dealership but all of my anxiety disappeared after talking to Dave. In a word I would say my experience was superb. I got a great deal, an excellent rate and I was in and out within 3 hours. To top it off we came in with our Leo dog and the staff brought him water, played with him and walked him around while we finished the paper work. If youre looking for a great buying experience I would highly recommend you give Dave a call. He made buying my first car fun instead of stressful and I love my little Prius so much already. "Extremely Poor Customer Service"

Its comforting to see the words at the bottom of your service statement: "WE KNOW YOU HAVE A CHOICE" Thank you for choosing us! But guess what? Ill never make the same mistake again. Unfortunately, choosing TOYOTA of GREENWICH was a terrible mistake. Worst Customer “Service” EVER!!! I asked to talk to the General Manager, Clint Steen, who was in his office at the moment but they only let me speak to Robert Federico who is the GSM. After explaining my situation to him, he apologized on behalf of the dealer, but simply told me “I’m sorry Mr Santoro for what happened, but obviously what is done is done, I’ll give you my card so you can call me in the future for anything you need”. Since they were either unwilling or unable to help me resolve my problem, there will obviously be no future dealing with this terrible dealership. "End of story" Sorry to steal your words "Bill Pfeiffer" Think carefully before taking your business here!!

I have bought a number of cars from this dealership over the years. My oldest daughter was looking for a new car. She had her mind set on a different car from a different dealer. I walked in and spoke to my friend who owns the dealership and told him I want to buy local want to buy from him but he needs to show my daughter the right car. She drove the Rav 4 hybrid limited edition. Whats not to love. Ok shes a girl in her 20s has more questions than I could ever emagine. The sales guy was so understanding and willing to help. I explained to them from the start she is the customer not me. They walked her through every detail, every option and by the end she bought the truck. What I loved most was it was not a pushy sales process rather an educational sales process. Never once did we get the yuck factor of buying a car so many dealers have. They were professional, educated on their product, comfortable talking to a 20 year old. Love the process

I called today about 11:00 and the person I spoke to I asked if she can email me the prices on service for Rota tires Oil Changes Brake Work. She said I should receive it in about one hour, L waited till 2:30 I called again and Gina said she was busy with a customer and as soon as she is done she will email me the information I want to come back there for service but I do not understand why this request is so difficult to response.

My first meeting with sales consultant, Joseph Cosgrove, was very pleasant. I told him I had test driven some new cars that week and was interested in the Toyota Corolla and asked if I could possibly test drive one that day. I Immediately enjoyed the "feel safe" test drive, and he was very informative about the benefits of the new technology of the vehicle. He answered any questions, gave me his card and a brochure and I did not feel pressured in any way. When I made the decision to return and purchase the car several days ago, everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional.

I always get several estimates and have always gone back to Toyota of Greenwich. Over the 30+ years that I have bought cars from them, they always listen to whats important to me. Then, find a solution that works. I have never been pressured to take a vehicle on the lot if it wasnt 100% what I wanted. I have been offered lower prices at other dealers if Ill buy from inventory. They apparently have no interest in swapping with another dealer to have a really happy customer in the long run. One another note, their service department is the best.

We were not an easy customer as we needed a pre-owned certified car within 24 hours as we had just moved to the area. The dealership worked with us on price, choices and communicated with us multiple times in the same day via text, phone and email. They were professional and helpful. They stayed open late for us to be able to test drive the car past the closing time and even delivered the car the next day. I would give this dealership 6 stars if we could.

Emailed with a sales rep about a specific Highlander they had in stock and agreed to come same day to purchase it. I Arrived at the dealership at 7pm, saw the car, set down with the sales rep to go over numbers. It took half an hour for them to inspect my trade in and give me a price, I agreed to their price and wanted to go ahead with the highlander. Another 10 minutes went by and the guy comes back and says "OK, lets talk numbers", I said, great, and before he gave me a price he looked at his computer and said - "oh, sorry, the car was sold to another dealer earlier today" Mind you, I was emailing with the guys since 10am, it is after 7:30 PM at this point, and I came from NYC to get the car. Didnt have the professionalism to even check the status of the car before having me come there! or spend more than half an hour waiting on him. Would never buy from them - very unprofessional!
