My salesperson, Marjan Parviz was courteous and helpful. Her first customer, I was very impressed by her preparation, professionalism and follow-up. There were technical questions that required her to step away for answers and she returned in short order with the right results. I took delivery of my second MKZ the next day in a flawless, late Friday afternoon timeslot that would have caused many other employees to rush home. However, she stayed until my wife and I were satisfied. I recommend both the dealership and Marjan for future business, especially if you dont want the pressure sales dealers are known for.

Manny took care of our financing for us. We were in and out of his office with new plates and registration within 25 minutes. He had a full morning, and came in early to accommodate us. While paper work printed, we talked about soccer, vacations and our families. He made our time in his office casual and comfortable! After we purchased and signed for the car, Sal sat with me and took me through every single feature, with an explanation and suggestion for each. He also called me a few times to see if there were any questions I had.
