My husband and I have purchased three vehicles over the years from A-1 Toyota and have always had great experiences. Recently, I brought in our brand new Prius to have some minor body work done and they have had my car for almost a month because they have been haggling with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. I cannot express my frustration enough for the inconvenience of not having my car for 4 weeks. I really cant comment on the quality of the repair since I still havent seen my car. Ive never heard of such a delay or a fairly minor dent that was caused while my car was parked.

Buying process is a bit lengthy and can be tailored so that it is shorter. They sit you down first and go over everything before the test drive. Not a great idea for everyone. The option should be left to the individual who is purchasing. I wanted to test drive the car and was made to wait too long. However the buying process in any dealer is horrible and this was not bad. Everyone was open and seemed relaxed as if there was no pressure to rush through the sale. They took time to explain some things and others were not explained so well. Overall it was ok.

It was clear that hes been doing this for many years and understands what different people need when buying a new car. Angel went through all the final paper work diligently, allowing us to ask any question we had no matter how simple. All the folks there worked as a team to make the time we spent with them very efficient. Yes, you get the usual up-sell at the final point of sale (extended warrantees, add ons for car protection etc.) but having done research before coming into the dealership I knew what I wanted and there was no undue pressure to purchase these extras (as Ive experienced in other places). All the additional benefits they offer (oil changes for life, car washes, low dealer fee, upfront pricing etc.) seal the deal and along with great folks like Emerson and Angel, make this a solid dealership to buy a new vehicle from.

Ive been to quite a few dealerships over the course of my driving career and my experience at A-1 was by far the best. The salaried salespeople approach allowed me to shop and make important financial decisions with no pressure from the staff, making me feel extremely comfortable in my car purchase. Many businesses claim the "Since 19XX" slogan to try to muster some sort of trust but I feel that very few actually have learned and improved upon the years like A-1 has, they truly know what they are doing and are very obviously customer-focused. I am a recent convert from being a fan of a different car brand and they have helped segue my transition respectfully and efficiently. Unless they do me wrong in some capacity, I see myself being a long time repeat customer.
