I was taken on time. The initial servicing took the time that was stated. I was given good feedback about problems found and was given the opportunity to go in the service area to see the actual problem. Several options were offered and the agreed upon work was completed in the time allotted. I was offered a courtesy car should I need one. They washed my car when service was completed.
